Location and staff were good The fridge was broken and ac unit was leaking on floor

Staff is always accommodating. The area is ideally situated for area travel.

Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Room was typical Hampton Inn...nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

Location Clean Nice pool House keeping was lacking (soap was empty)never cleaned room or remade beds During our stay….) Breakfast buffet was not monitored or Restocked)

The hotel is easy to access from the freeway with a good amount of parking. It's a short drive/rideshare to Russian River Brewing, highly recommended. My only complaint would be that the pool needs to be cleaned. Lots of leaves and dirt at the bottom and the top rim needs a decent scrub.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and newly renovated. Everything was clean except we did notice a bit of black mold in the corner of the shower, not sure how housecleaning missed that, but it didn’t bother us cuz it was on the wall grout. The continental breakfast was meh.. soggy eggs, cereal, juices and a waffle maker.

The tables at the pool area were filthy. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

We all missed having an over head light to light up room! Was kind of dark! Otherwise everything was fine!! This was our 2nd stay.
