Hampton Inn Hartford/Airport

Would 100% stay here again. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, parking was a breeze…. The staff we interacted with were kind and very helpful. The breakfast was good with a clean dining area with TVs and couches. There were water bottle fillers in the hallways near the ice machines. A good reminder to always think Hampton Inn when booking travel.

Such a good place to stay, especially if you are flying. It is minutes from the airport. The hotel is very clean and very safe and very quiet. And the staff were fantastic. But offered a really nice breakfast as well.

The staff was the most polite and kind I’ve ever met.

Great location. near airport and my business destination. The breakfast was hot, tasty, and well assorted. The staff were friendly and outgoing. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to locate and easy to get around where I needed to be. The communitty printer didn't work as expected. Getting in and out of the hotel parking lot required U turns often. The resurant next door (Bear BBQ) was not very good. Limited eating establishments within walking distance.

Ac was noisy and dripping water, complementary breakfast was a joke

It worked well for our overnight stay before flying out early.

The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!

Place was clean staff were respectful

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the only downside was that when I went into the workout room, and tried to exit through the doors, it wouldn’t open. Luckily there was a cleaning person there and she let me out. Otherwise, the hotel was wonderful, the front staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was great. Very quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again.
