Amazing staff! Would recommend 100 per cent. Never disappointed with any Hilton hotel.

Front Desk Brian was kind and helpful. Appreciate his quick assistance extra on the pillows and bedsheets.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Only issues was I was on bottom floor across from the hotel lobby. Music played from their speakers (not super loud) and you could hear it all night in my bedroom. Also had a couple of beetles in bathroom. But it was raining and I was on bottom floor. Overall stay was good and 5 mins from Bradley airport.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The incidental fee was more than the actual room. Be aware you will need an extra $250 for that. Room was mostly clean but did have something on the carpet and the ac cover was unscrewed on one side. Took some pictures and showed the front desk so I wouldn’t get charged for that. Staff was helpful and fixed immediately. Bed was not great kind of hard. Biggest issue was the incidental fee.

This hotel needs some TLC. The wear and tear is obvious in the room and in the public spaces. There were rust stains around the tub drain and various walls and surfaces were pretty worn down. The chairs in the lobby where they serve breakfast were all dirty and in need of upholstery cleaning. The toilet in our room barely flushed and I was concerned it would overflow. The walls and ceilings are thin, we could hear people moving on the floor above constantly. I'm assuming it's all wood frame construction, this was unusual for a hotel in my experience. Hilton needs to refresh this location in my opinion. The Continental breakfast was meager to say the least. This may be due to lack of space at this location. No waffles and only three hot items available excluding toaster food.

The hotel was poorly maintained, shower was not clean had mold in it. The pool was not open during the day at 3pm for some reason. Worst part of the stay was noise all night long. We didn’t get sleep which is the whole point.

The staff was very welcoming and check in was easy and very informative. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our short overnight stay. The inclusive breakfast was nicely done with many options available. Although we did not need the hotel to be close to Bradley airport, it was very close by. Would return to this property if ever needed.

The propertywas well maintained, the location perfect for our travel plans. The conveniences in the room were greatly appreciated. Clean with a fresh (not perfumed) smell. I would highly recommend th eproperty.

Staff was outstanding and room was clean.

People were partying at the pool and cookout area until almost midnight, they were screaming, yelling fire and were foolish drunk. Let it go until 10:30 pm, called the office twice to ask them if they could please ask them to quiet down a bit as it was right outside my room and they never did. The walls are thin and the person above me had to pee 13 times and sounded like they had concrete shoes. Heard every flush and every time the faucet and showers were turned on. Pillows were completely flat and there were stains on the comforter. Never slept a wink, paid $354 to not sleep and listen to drunks most of the night. Had to be up at 4:30 am to catch a flight and no one responded at the office before leaving to hear my complaints. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Stayed here as we were visiting Six Flags New England. Hotel was clean, Staff were very nice, Check in and check out were easy. Had a really nice breakfast selection and nice dining area. Good value for the money.

Room wasn’t updated and shower curtain had stains

Adequate for an overnight next to the airport. The “features” of the place are fine, it is clean, and the breakfast is OK. Maintenance and upkeep is “fair” at best and poor at worst.
