Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport

Couldn’t have been more convenient.

A terrible place to stay. The check-in clerk was surly, the mirror in the bathroom made clacking noises all night long, we didn’t realize the mini-fridge had been powered off before we got there so the stuff we put in was warm and spoiled. The coffee pot had not been decalcified recently so the water just overflowed and poured onto the desk and did not make any coffee.

This is the perfect option for early morning flights. You can be down the elevator and into the airport in minutes. Parking on site is easy (though, there is a parking fee). The lobby has a variety of snacks for purchase.

The best place to stay when you have an early morning departure.

Convenient. Safe. Makes travel less stressful. Would choose this option again. No bells and whistles but clean.

Clean room, quiet even though it is at the airport and we had a runway facing room. Very convenient for an early flight and parking was reasonable

Location at airport. Parking at airport. Comfortable beds. Parking for trips has gotten too expensive.

Love the new look of lobby and adjoining dining/bar area. Smaller menu works, food was delicious.

Walk out to airport was so nice. No stress. Beds were so comfy and room dark!! Perfect.

TV in bedroom did not work 2 lamps in bedroom not working. One evening it smelled like smoke in the hall by our room

Great location if you’re flying out of Hartford

As a solo female traveler, I was a bit surprised at the location of my “first” room. I was at the very end of the hall, next to the stair well and across from the trash room. The hallway did smell a bit because the trash room door was propped open but the room itself did not. I was not comfortable with the location so requested a room change - something closer to an elevator - more in the mix and was accommodated without question. The room was very clean, comfortable and I felt better in the new location .

Great location right outside the airport. Food reasonably priced and delicious.

The room was clean and quiet. This hotel has recently completed updates including the restaurant! I frequently stay here when I have an early morning flight it’s so convenient!
