Fabulous staff.

They didn’t have enough parking but said not to worry as they have parking garage/ and then when I got home afterwards there was a undisclosed parking charge for it

Breakfast was very good in a clean and pleasant breakfast room. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet room. Reception was a bit chaotic. I had to ask if it was reception as there was no signage. It would have helped if the person who checked us in had told us you need your room pass card to use the elevator. The elevator had no signage about this. We went up and down a few times before a hotel worker stepped on the elevator and helped us out. It was simple but frustrating.

Great property love the staff , breakfast was outclass and cofee OMG, clean rooms nice amenities , everything amazing will definetly stay there again.

The staff was amazing and super accomodating. Very kind and all smiling. The entire experience was pure pleasure and we felt special!! There was nothing negative it was a great experience.

Amazing view of detroit river. Cozy room that felt spacious.Clean bedding.Good washroom. Stocked amenities. Good TV quality.Love the elevator working on key card only..nice safety feature.Wifi is great. They also had free welcome cookies. The breakfast is one of the best from free hotel options that I have ever had. Lots of options and everything is clean.The manager and staff are exceptionally nice and accomodating. Walking distance to Windsor Premiere cruises, waterfront and lots of restaurants. I will be returning to Windsor just to return to this hotel. TV channels are basic.

The front desk staff was exceptional and professional. They upgraded my room to Riverside view. They also allow me to check out 12pm. Room was cleaned. I really love to stay there Staff professionalism

Great location and the staff was really friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Highly recommended this hotel. The breakfast staff was really great as well! Bacon for breakfast but otherwise the breakfast was great

Everything was a pleasant surprise and exceed our expectations: room appearance, bed, breakfast, magnificent river view from the window, convenient location next to the riverfront walk. City parking at the hotel could be used, so it is no issue as soon as you don't leave it. It's very rare that you can't find almost anything to complain about. The only things I can mention: unavailability of swimming pool due to renovation - it would be great to know in advance; surprising absence of the recycling bin in the room; very slow elevators, and room doors that had to be forced to close with the loud noise.
