Good value for money. Functional spaces. Very Functional. Central location. Great view from the common room. The common areas were the best, furnishing wise. They need a bigger microwave. The one available is not powerful enough for public use. The rooms need more furnishings n comfort. They're rather basic.

Great location downtown The fridge was making a bit of noise. The mattress was not comfortable as I could feel the springs but I understand that this was made for students.

Walking distance to centre and sites Room small but ok Lots of homeless and stoned people in streets around Kitchen no utensils at all
-
Close to UWinnipeg and West end. Dreary florescent lights, depressing room overall. Very few electrical outlets. Awful mattress.

Location, bus stops, shops & quaint neighbourhood (West End). Good views. Institutional feel and look, but it is a student residence. Constant card swiping felt tedious. Bare kitchens.

Conveniently located very close to the University of Winnipeg, where I attended a conference. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Kitchenette doesn't have any utensils. There was no one to check us in when we arrived close to 1pm and we had to wait for about 10 to 15min. I didn't feel safe walking around the hostel area (the hostel's street is fine, the problem is the whole central Winnipeg I guess, it was my first time in the city and I wasn't aware).

Clean space The mattress was one of the worst I've used.
