It was ok

The mattress was the worst. I was amazed that it was even in use. We had to ask for extra pillows to place on the mattress in a way that we could sleep on a row of them.

The staff and location. Lots of things around hotel. The handicap accommodations were inadequate.

The room was clean and location worked for my needs. I appreciated the complimentary waters at check in. The pool was out of service. Most notable was that the cleaning lady knocked loadly on our door at 9:30 asking when we would be checking out. The front desk had told us the night before that check out was at noon. It was a good thing we were already awake or she certainly would have awaken us. It was actually very rude. It came across that her need to clean our room was most important to her and her schedule.

The staff there are amazing. They are kind helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. I would stay again. The pool was.closed for renovation
