8 hours as I was pulling the comforter back, and the sheet back to get in my bed, I noticed that the mattress was upside down. I said, oh no, well, we all know now the housekeeper obviously was too lazy to change the mattress cover.And I flipped it over and what I found, I couldn't believe my eyes.I called the front desk immediately.Some new guy came and helped me got the manager on the phone, who told me she was, quote. ", going back to sleep that I cannot move. I need to check out. So needless to say, I had to check out and wait over 24 hours for my refund. All wow, not having anywhere to go. She didn't apologize.She was rude.She was angry. VERY unapologetic,... I STILL COMPROMISED!!!I said, ma'am, "I just want new room.., I'm very tired i worked 12 hours and cant drive i took my sleeping medicine, she said, no, you can just go ahead and check out. THE MANAGER told me this!!. Blatant disrespect, i've been nothing but a good customer. Not anymore. I'll sleep on a park bench before I ever come back here.

Go to check out at 11am and lobby don't open till 3pm (Sunday). Somebody could have worked while the others went to church. It's like leaving the house unattended.

I stayed here two nights recently with my 94-year-old mother. I picked this place because it was convenient to everything. I picked it also because the price was right! We knew it would be a little rough around the edges, but the staff and the residents were very friendly. We had extremely noisy upstairs neighbors both nights (how much furniture can you rearrange?) and when I waited around 10:30 PM each night to complain, they were right on it and within 30 minutes, it was quiet. I’m leaving this review because it is worth mentioning that the staff takes their residents’ comfort very seriously!😎

This is an extended stay motel, which means people live here. It’s not like it is a place for executives who are in town for work. There are families living in the rooms. There were kids riding their bikes on the outer hallways (it’s like a motor motel with all doors facing out). There were groups of men smoking and sitting around the parking lot. The room smelled like smoke, and my eyes actually watered from the thick smoky smell. There was soap but no shampoo in the bathroom. When I got there the office was closed, and I had to call to get someone to come give me a key. There was no one around when I left the next morning. This place is a hard no. It is clearly designed to house extremely low income individuals rather than serve as a regular motel. The paperwork alone, such as signing that you do not plan on making this your permanent residence, is special in a bad way. Had I not purchased the room on Expedia already, I would have walked away.

Don’t book here it is absolutely horrible from bugs ranging from nets, roaches, spiders, and stink bugs. DONT BOOK HERE

This property looked nothing like the pictures. Lots of people hanging around in chairs outside smoking and drinking, music, rooms were tiny and not well furnished. We didn’t stay because we felt it was unsafe. Stay away!

Everything was god just couples fighting

Room was clean bathroom was clean there were clean towels everything was cleaned room smelled clean no problems found.

Ok for now, it is a decent place

The room had a strong objectionable smell. There were several people just outside my door that were talking and laughing until 2:30 AM preventing me from sleeping. There was no hotel management on site after 8PM

People live there, and there is always someone outside hanging out. Pick a time, any time they are out there. This was my first stay, and it is a NOPE for me when I decide to revisit.
