Would not stay here or the Springhill Suites across the parking lot again due to poor management. They gave away the room that we had booked and we had to stay in a smaller room the first night with two teen boys sharing a bed. There were not enough towels and they did not have any extra pillows. There is no manager on duty at night. Lots of stains and rips in the wallpaper and carpets. The “art” is the rooms was a framed alphabet with two Rs! Extremely tiny pool and mediocre breakfast. Once we got our correct room, a suite, the second night we were much more comfortable. The manager did take some money off our bill after we asked. Based on this experience we will not book a Fairfield Inn again.

Everything was just as advertised except maybe the breakfast, ran out of syrup, only had Bold & decaf coffee, no medium coffee, not everyone likes Bold, only had a meat selection one of the days we were there. Overall it good

Friendly staff upon check in We were booked for two nights however, had to leave a day early due to illness of one of our travelers. Checked out before 11:00 am and was not offered a refund for the one night.

The breakfast was good. Great staff. Very welcoming. Good location. Family friendly but no dogs allowed. Very cool environment. Bed is comfy and rooms are good size. Small pool. No hot tub. Pool was out of service for over 8hrs before it was fixed

We liked that the hotel was walking distance from the Waterpark. We were able to enjoy breakfast on location and the go about our day. The front desk was friendly. Our room’s television was not working but staff quickly sent someone to try and fix it. Enjoyable stay

We were there Monday through Friday and our room was never cleaned. Also some minor maintenance issues. The staff was great, though it was hard to communicate with some, It's a nice looking hotel with a good free breakfast.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the parking was convenient and hassle-free. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was nice/clean. Room was big. We had a king with a sofa bed. All was good until we noticed there wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed. I called the front desk and the staff said they’d be up in 10 minutes with pillows and bedding. 45 minutes later still no bedding. I called 2 more times and let it ring a bunch with no answer. After waiting 1 1/2 hours our daughter just climbed into the King bed with us since it was late. Very disappointed in staff. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

Breakfast was good, rooms very clean, staff helpful. Good location. Would stay again if we come back that way.
