It was ok for a one night stay. Full of families which is to be expected but the noise from other rooms above were not adhering too the quiet hours after calls to the desk so it was a very restless night

Good location Room not clean, absolutely. I attach some photos. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, also sofà and cobwebs in the restroom

Everything was great for us. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of choices and the rooms were super clean and very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very nice.

Relatively clean room. Spacious. Blind wouldn't retract so we had to bungee cord it up to let light in. Breakfast was very good. Fridge in room was useless as it didn't keep anything cool. Sign on the guest laundry states that quarters can be exchanged for at the front desk but the front desk didn't have any quarters.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, housekeeping doesn’t come in daily and the WiFi connection was terrible, otherwise a great location and nice place to stay

Great staff, well situated rooms. Excellent accessible rooms. Most places do not get it right. My 80 year old parents were able to enjoy their accessible room perfectly. One of best accessible rooms I have seen.

The room was decent. The indoor pool was a nice feature. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager (older woman) was so sweet and talked to people in the breakfast dining area making sure everything was good. I would definitely stay there again, It was just myself and my 10 year old granddaughter,.

Found bed bug in our room. Manager said he would give me full refund but went back on his word. I’m very upset and disappointed. Will NEVER stay here ever again.

Very clean and good breakfast .

The weight room was dirty, no wipes, our room was pretty dirty. Spots on the couch, pull out mattress was flipped over to the spring side because the mattress side had a big stain on it, toothpaste in the sink, some hair in the shower.

It was an awesome stay! Great staff and comfy rooms!

Hotel room was dirty. Door to room was jamming and hard to open.

Breakfast was very good. Good location.

We checked in on 27th July. Room was good. We checked out on 30th afternoon. For 3 nights room was NOT serviced for once. On 29th I found they took the trash away and changed couple of towels but bed was not made and wet towel from bathroom floor was not taken. Floor was wet for rest of my stay. I will not stay here again.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and ended up coming to check in and the staff at the moment telling me that they ended up putting us in a king bed room because they didn’t have enough clean room and had to accommodate other guests and ended up declining for partial refund to Expedia agent that was helping me out. Never coming here again!!

We enjoyed our room on the 4 th floor but when we arrived early the older woman behind the front desk was not pleasant at all, then I asked where the restroom was she pointed Left and Left.. We left and came back later the guy said each floor had an ice machine but 4th floor and 3rd floor were out of order!!

Breakfast felt elevated than your regular continental breakfast! So nice. I thought the room for my family of 5 was spacious and unique. Loved the pool and the location! Super affordable stay for being in the dells. I would return. There were several other guests that were being unkind to the receptionist but not much you can do about that.

The pool was filthy, food or something else all over a treadmill
