Best part was the Saturday night campfire with Kevin. He was awesome.

When we visited the hotel we found hairs on the “clean” sheets.

Room perfect super clean love the shower! and staff amazing super friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed campfire singing, Only complaint. Why is there no shower room by pool. That’s just weird.

This place was amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer. It was off the main roads, so was quiet. Room was nice and clean. Lots to do right there; an arcade, small beach by the lake, fire pit, nice area to walk. Good grass to walk our dog.

Door didn’t close unless forced shut, tub didn’t drain efficiently, outlets didn’t work for charging phones.

Location good. Seems ok for kids/families. Guess we wanted an adult getaway and this wasn’t it. Rooms outdated. No blanket on beds. Pool not very clean, kids come in and out bringing sand in from beach. For price outdated and limited amenities.

All the amenities and being beach front The room we were in was a bit dated, which is fine, but….it smelled a little musty. I’m guessing years of wet carpet?

I liked the location and the indoor pool, especially the slide, which my child really enjoyed. We also liked the live music by the fire pit and the opportunity to roast marshmallows, which were provided for everyone who wanted them. I didn’t like that the playground on the beach had a broken slide, so my child couldn’t use it. I also really didn’t like that the grills were located right next to the building. The smoke from people grilling meat went directly into our room. Instead of being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake, we had to keep the balcony doors closed because of all the smoke.

Hidden gem in the Dells! Like a campground and resort all in one! Wish we had known about this place sooner. Will be staying here from now on when visiting the Dells. Much better and less hectic/costly than the massive resorts. Off the main drag so quiet and relaxing, but minutes from all the main attractions. Lady at the front desk was wonderful-Friendly, polite and helpful. Everything is clean. So much to do that is included! Kayaks, lake swimming, volleyball, 2 pools, hot tub, fire pit, playground. Suggestion: room 416 has a great view from the balcony of the lake-see pic

Location No breakfast and rooms need an update.

Great propety right on the water. Clean and getting stuff into the room was seamless. Really enjoyed ourselves there. Is also in a good staging spot to enjoy the area.

Seems like they could use some more maintenance help. The beach and pool grounds were not as well maintained as in past years. The front desk staff is helpful and the room was clean.

First let me start with how sweet the front desk employee was at check in, however everything after was downhill. I was very disappointed in the entire property as a whole. It felt and smelled old and dirty, the rooms very dated and beds were horrible and covers were stained and held a horrible smell. Both pools and the hot tub were so filthy dirty we couldn’t even get in. The outside area near beach just looked dirty like it sat vacant with no upkeep at all. There was a very loud dog that kept barking all day and night. The water in our room would not get hot and the pressure was horrible, the shower head was barely on and sprayed all over. The patio door didn’t lock. I didn’t sleep all night because I just couldn’t unwind. I was so happy that we were only there the night and chose a different hotel for the week. We got out of bed at 5:30am and left. This place use to be so amazing but unfortunately has really been neglected. Hopefully they can take all the reviews and get it back together. So disappointed.
