The bathroom was one of the biggest issues. The shower curtain did not have a plastic liner, so while showering, water, hair, and anything from your body gets directly onto the actual fabric curtain. We also noticed spider webs in both the bathroom and the room, which made the space feel like it had not been thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, the lobby was very clean, and the lobby bathroom was clean as well. I unfortunately did not take a photo of that area. I just wish the same level of cleanliness and attention had carried over into the Tiki rooms.

That it was on a lake. The water inflatables and kayaks. Things to do. The dirty room. The linen was clean but there were smashed bugs all over the wall and patio door. Goldfish on the floor and we didn’t even bring goldfish. The water inflatables was supposed to open at 10am but he wasn’t done cleaning it until almost 11 so the girls couldn’t go on it. The bright lights outside the room on the patio were way too bright. Need room darkening shade over the patio door. Would have been nice to have a little more options for vending machine since there wasn’t any food.

We loved the amenities. Great beach on the property and loved the free admission to land of natura and the zoo. Unfortunately the rooms are very outdated . There were marks in the wall from squished mosquitoes, old carpet and a musty smell when the air conditioner ran.The staff are very friendly and helpful though. Overall we had a good time just disappointed in the outdated room and indoor pool area.

We liked the location it. Plenty of amenities. The king suite w garden view was not clean. Chips and cobwebs in the corner. Mold or stains on the ceiling. Garden view was from the basement barely seeing anything except people walking by peering into your window. For a whopping $391 for one night I feel completely cheated.

Loved this resort! We had a great time at the pools and the beach. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We also took advantage of the Natura and Timbavati passes. Would highly recommend.

It was clean and beautiful Just the beds too hard for us

The property Pools Could've been cleaner
-
Kids loved the pool, beach and inflatables I wish kayaks were available before 10, because I like to go out in the morning when the lake is calm and the kids are still sleeping

The rooms were not well cleaned.

We stayed in the Tiki Motel rooms, 4 in a row, which was fun. Rooms were clean & the resort had alot of things for the little kids, beach, playground, pool & blowup water obstacle. The bonus was the big Waterpark which was included in the room stay & a short drive away. We rented a cabana & spent a whole fun day there. Location was great to other attractions & downtown. It was pricey in my opinion. Could of rented a VRBO for the price of the motel rooms. The ice machine could of worked better, had a hard time filling coolers. And the life guard didn't show up one day till later than scheduled so we couldn't go in the water/use the kayaks & obstacles till they got there.

Overall a nice stay however we didn't have a hot shower it was cool water even on the hot setting fairly clean room and grounds was hoping for free Continental breakfast not offered

The location was close to everything and the beach area, inflatables, and pools were great for my grandchildren. Extra bonus was having so many attractions included in the hotel price. We are already planning to come back next year! They might need to put a small broom in each room or at least a door mat to catch some of the sand. With the hardwood floors, it was kind of annoying to have the sand all over the floor. everything else about the room was great!

The access to water park and location on lake room was dated and not super clean
