On the upside it came with water park and wildlife park passes. Those were both very fun and almost made it worth the disgusting bathrooms and lack of amenities.

The room doors had stops on the outside. Ours had lowered and we were locked in the room until the staff came to remove the stop.

The waterpark is a drive away. You need to pay for chairs there. The room was nice. Great we got zoo passes.

The pools were nice but the outside pools close at 7pm. The bathrooms for the outside cabins were very dirty. The location is great. It was nice to get free tickets to the zoo and Land of Natura.

Our room was clean, facilities were nice. We liked how close it was to all the outside attractions and not as big as the Wilderness as far as getting to you room in a timely manner. Thank you for the great weekend! Other people in the hotel being loud past 10PM. We were on the 1st floor so the cars headlights would shine in our room, didn't love that, but closing the blinds helped with that :)

Everything was easily accessible—- clean—- kid friendly The building that held our room just needs to be updated —- only other issue was shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty

Only thing good was the pool and hot tub Room was disappointing. No outlets and the few near the bed were not working properly. TV stations had no sound but maintenance said all the TVS were like that. Employees were not helpful at all. Lagoon was freezing

The wrist band has the key card n ability to go to water park multiple times n even after checking out My kids said the bunk beds was a little hard n only having one pillow

And of course close proximity to everything else that the Dells has to offer. It's not Mt. Olympus, but we had a fun time without all the crowds.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable however our room had a leaky toilet that would drip all day and night. They keep switching the time for the outdoor pools. Would always close earlier than expected. Even the big land opened later than it was supposed to.

Comfortable room, great amenities Needs more places to hang things up in the hotel room. Lots of pools/water activities with only a small closet to hang stuff to dry.
