Parking was great and we loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very nice.

Was hoping the breakfast had eggs and bacon at the least, especially for folks that are diabetic, but otherwise, it was ok for having a waffle maker and fruit. The hotel room was small but perfect enough for the weekend stay or even an overnight stay like ours. However, all we could hear at night was a couple down the hall yelling and screaming at each other, probably after a night of drinking, and it was worth putting the tv volume out to drown the yelling. Surprised sed the cops weren’t called out that night. And at the beginning of our stay after checking in, we were greeted with an offer for staying at another hotel, by the same staff member that helped behind the counter, and he was selling a package deal that sounded like what may have been a very good deal for next year but we just didn’t have the time to listen to the pitch longer than we did. All in all the stay wasn’t bad, but make sure you book with planning to have a more substantial breakfast outside of the hotel. There was no hand or body soap in the dispensers, but luckily we brought our own anyways.

Front desk was non existent, no one there most of the time. Little interaction I had with the staff was positive, helpful and polite. No real complaints. Nice place for the price. Would recommend for a cheap stay.

I will recommend no one to stay here. They have cockroaches on the room.. also the pool is filthy

I did not enjoy my stay. I have stayed at many places in the Dells and this was the worst. They put us in a handicapped room and the water from the shower ran through the room into the hallway because there isn't two drains on the bathroom/only one in the shower. The next room we went to had mold over the top of the sink and had a bubble in the ceiling. Management was very rude to all customers, I witnessed him talk very rudely to 3 or more of us at a time. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice. Our only complaint was that the doors that led outside weren’t locked. Would stay again.

GREAT LOCATION BUT SMALL ROOM AND OUTDATED

To begin the room smelled like a head mole two there was a lot of dead bugs like flies and everything and in the bathroom ceiling it had water damage. The bathtub smelled like urine. The only reason we did not move to another hotel is because we arrived a little late. And we were tired from a 3 Hour drive and in the morning, six in the morning, there was a lot of people making noise and slamming doors

Decent room at a decent price, met our basic needs, would stay there again. Could use some upgrading but again an ok stay.

Staff was GREAT.

Great pace to stay. Easy to keep track of the kids. They have plenty of shuttles to help get you around. Supper fun water parks!
