This establishment is not accommodating at all. They don’t care about the guests that stay at their resort they don’t care when reservations are put in their actual name. They were not accommodating at all.

We felt the room was very very low quality. We were expecting something much better and we’re sadly disappointed and would never stay here again. The place smelt like Fabuloso floor cleaner everywhere so strongly that it ruined our stay. The floors were sticky The bedsheets were dirty, and the towels were gross with hair. We were expecting to stay in the main resort and we had to drive several blocks away to stay in a trashy looking hotel that was dingy and looks like it hasn’t been updated in 25+ years. We never once saw any staff at the hotel to even talk to them. Doesn’t surprise me since the place looks like it was never maintained in the first place.

I love this place it was my first time coming here I took my kids ( 2 &7) everything was kid friendly, the room was perfect we loved the bunk beds. The staff is just a little rude and the WiFi isn’t good but other than that it was fantastic!!

We did find a few bugs in our room day 1. Daughters wristband wouldn't unlock doors.

The room was okay, if you were paying $200 or less. When you pay almost $400 and listen to people stomping above you and screaming in the hallway until 12 am, and then walk a half mile to the water park then it is definitely not worth it.
