Property is great. Excellent location, the family room is fantastic, it's big and accommodating.

Bad smell in the bathroom

Staff no hot water the pool was also cold and when you went to the desk to get help there was never anyone there you had to call them on the phone

The hallway and room smelled kind of musty, the room was a little dusty but clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The Ac worked very well. The shower pressure and temperature was amazing. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Breakfast was okay just your run of the mill options. I saw a few reviews that complained and it wasnt even bad. Price was fantastic. Honestly I would stay here again just because of the price.

Older motel with clean rooms covers all basics most of our time was spent on outside activities so this was exactly what we wanted

Conveniently located to the Dells waterparks, local attractions and inexpensive cost. Toilet water level was so high due to low seat level that while seated the water touched me.

The room was very clean, but we could tell someone had smoked in the room at some point. Check-in was quick and easy. The pool was a little cool at first, but not bad at all and my kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was decent; there were 7 available items (two of which were almost gone or minimally stocked) but what we ate was good. The property is a little run down and in need of updates, but it was pretty good overall and worth the price.

We needed a cheap layover location the day before we checked in to our Resort after the long road trip. The hotel had everything we needed I was super affordable. We needed to get out the door early and breakfast was supposed to be ready by 6:30 and it wasn't

grounds were poorly maintained, indoor pool area was dirty, the bathroom by the pool area was gross, rusting door frames and bathroom doors had rust, the vestibule going into the motel from the outside back area had not been cleaned or swept for a long time. Place smelled musty and moldy. It appeared a patio area that maybe used to have an outdoor pool had been filled in and was overgrown and had broken chairs on it, the area from the indoor pool to the inside patio, The good point was there was a lot of room in the back parking lot to park our motorcycle trailer because not a lot of people were there

The lobby area smelled horribly of dog urine, as did the staircase from the lobby to the second floor. The hallways and other stairwells smelled strongly of bleach/chlorine. The room itself was okay, smelled clean, but was outdated and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom walls had paint missing and some smaller holes - the vent in the bathroom was very dirty as well. Beds were comfortable but pillows were at the end of their lifespan, so I’d pack your own if you care about that. AC worked well and overall it was quiet.

Room was gross. Old with painting chipping, stains, smell. The sheets were clean but the mattress protector looked absolutely gross. I wish I hadn’t checked but I was making sure there wasn’t bed bugs. The room was big but the tv was so far away I had to put my glasses on to see it. I knew it was going to be bad the moment I saw the building and the fact that they apparently don’t mow the lawn. Some creepy men were walking around but I later heard they were owners? The only reason we stayed was because there was no last minute places anywhere else.

This hotel was used as simply a place to sleep after doing activities in Wisconsin Dells all day. The property was better kept than what I expected for a $50+tax hotel. I was also surprised to see that breakfast had a few protein options instead of the typical sweetened carbs only. The beds were also more comfortable than expected for a hotel in this price range. This hotel won't change your life, but it's a solid option for its price range. The grounds are a bit neglected, but this should be expected for it's price range. If you only need a good night's sleep for a fair price, it's solid. If you're expecting amenities of a Hilton, then book a Hilton.
