Great area and super nice hotel. Very reasonable priced too. Would stay again

Very clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was also good. Only drawback is the Internet and the constant logging into it to connect the tv. If you turn it off, there goes the connection for the next time.

Great staff, very nice people

Check in was at 3 we arrived at 4 and room was not ready. There was another couple ahead of us waiting for room. We didnt wait that long but was annoying. You would think hotel staff would check how many people are checking in that day and put prioity on getting those rooms cleaned. We had requested handicap room which we got.

Could not understand the desk clerk that was on in afternoon also do not buy the insurance from Expedia I did had to leave a day early and can not get a refund

The room was clean, but was no basket in room coffee marker to make our own coffee. Deck person friendly. The lobby breakfast area was extremely dirty. Filthy white cabinetry where breakfast food was out. Watched attendant fill very dirty bowls with creamer and jelly while restocking. Didn't eat anything there. Attention to basic cleaning to food area needed!! Parking lot was very well lighted.

The staff was very nice. We don’t like room service and they had no problems giving us new towels when we asked. I enjoyed the food they served for breakfast but the seating area is very small so just be aware. They offer snacks to buy in the lobby which is nice. The rooms have been upgraded and are nice, this is not a high end hotel so it is perfect for people that want to enjoy the Dells on a budget or an unexpected family function as my family lives in Lake Delton! Oh the bathrooms are small as well, I don’t understand when they upgrade their rooms they don’t upgrade the bathroom! I would stay here again if it was a last minute or short trip! I suggest this hotel and I am someone who usually stays at a resort.

Good service clean rooms

How close it was to the attractions in Wisconsin dells. The employees were not understanding. Not friendly at all. The hotel was dirty! Smelled like cigarettes and the employees denied it and my whole family who stayed with us smelled the cigarette smell and the employee did not want to switch our rooms and said he didn’t smell cigarettes.

Rude staff

The free breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. The electric plug in the bathroom didn't work, the tub and shower walls were dirty and the carpets were also dirty.

The door to our room look like somebody had used a crowbar to try and get in it several times.

I liked the variety of food choices for breakfast. The room was clean a d adequate. The size of the bathroom could've been a little more spacious. I thought the cost per night was a littke high, but I know it was competitive for the Dells on a summer weekend.

Unfortunately the bath tub n the sink kept b n backed up
