Indoor Pool downstairs either had too much chlorine or zero ventilation, other guests who were in there also complained of the same issue. There is a Starbucks bar located in the restaurant area and that was a huge plus! and Slot machines! :) We didn’t get to try the food at the onsite restaurant, but it was very busy and now I regret not trying it out. I would like to try this place out again, but once it’s been upgraded a bit. The Land of Natura is awesome and it was nice to have the entrance and parking included since we stayed at the Vue. We also tried Hot Rocks and received a 10% discount for staying at the hotel.

The street view room (The Vue location) was much smaller than the river view room. The bathroom was very poorly lit. There was at least 3 spiders that we removed from the room. The floor wasn't cleaned very well. (Candy wrapper on the floor when we checked into the room). The shower was very small as well. The hallways and elevator were extremely warm. I also didn't like that you had to wear a wrist band everywhere and that's what unlocked the hotel door. (No key card). The benefits were it was fairly close to the strip and had a nice river view on the deck. We received 2 free drink vouchers. Also free Land of Natura passes.

Location. Had a patio room with a great view. Restaurant on site. Hot tub/indoor pool. Parking. Parking for the hotel is only one row on the building side with a lot of parking across the street. Room was nice but dated. Not enough lights in room at night like over the bed. Others lights seemed dim. Lack of pool supervision. Very young children going into hot tub. Kids playing football in the pool.

Great location to downtown shops,we actually walked several times to go shopping. Very very clean, although our room was an older one. Would stay again.

the location we very nice we were able to walk to most places that we wanted to go to and the out door pool was very nice I wish that we would have had more fun to enjoy it . It took them over and hour to get us in our room making us late for our dinner reservations. They were not able to get the wrist band key programed . My son had to keep walking across the street to see if they had it figured out because our room was not attached to the hotel. They did not have any other rooms that they could give us . They wanted us to put our bags in the room to leave for our reservations and hopefully they would have it figured out by the time we got back. With the way that they were handling the the situation I did not feel that this was a good option. We asked multiple times if they could just give us another room and they kept saying that they did not have any. Before I booked the room with you I had called them direct to book and they told me that I should book through a booking site not direct . When we did finally get in the room it was very out dated not like the pictures at all on the web sight at all. When they got us in our room they said that they would check with the manager to see what they could do and they did end up refunding us the resort fee . We tried very hard to keep our cool during our check in but the staff were not helpful at all except for the maintenance guy that did end up helping us. They were very disrespectful and did not handle it very well. I do appreciate that they gave us a $20 refund but never did they once apologize for the way that we were treated . Sad to say but I would not go back . Also if you do stay make sure that everyone signs the waver before you get there because they will not let you check in until it is done . The waver during check in says that they can charge you $200 for leaving a mess in your room when you leave

Location was close to nice things Dirty room. Completely different from pictures. Very disappointing.

The view from the hotel is great. The tile was gritty, toilet didn’t flush unless ya held it for 45 seconds, the ac kept shutting off and we would have to wake up and turn it back on. The lady at the front desk was rude, even though she worked in the industry for 44yrs.

The smell in the room! The pictures of the room they have on the website very deceiving.

Close to mainstreet The hotel room is badly in need of maintenance and a makeover. The bathroom sink was barely passable. A section of the window blind was broken. The window sill and windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while ( dirty and with cobwebs). A section of the ceiling (styrofoam-like plates) was coming loose… It looks like they tried to update it with new flooring but the rest of the room (especially the bathroom) was outdated, rusty sink, drain tube held together with duct tape, sink didn’t drain well… The main positive of the room was comfortable beds.

When staying at the Vue, be aware that all the fine items advertised are not there. They are all at the other locations. When we went to the other locations, the beach and water park were much smaller than expected.

Classy property and rooms. The river view was spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub area was so well furnished with quality chairs and couches. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant breakfast was excellent. Needed better directions to other Natura attractions.

The location. It’s near the river and downtown. They offer access to Land of Natura with the stay. It is old. I thought with the change of name and affiliation there’d be some renovation, but the room is very small and facilities very outdated. We had a balcony room which turned out be a shared patio on the bottom floor — not private, and not much a view to the river, for the plants covered the whole side up. WiFi was not working at all there. We picked this place because we stayed there years ago and they have Land of Natura tickets. With the price, we are expecting better accommodation than what we saw. Land of Natura is still a drive from the hotel. We should book somewhere else and buy Land of Natura tickets.
