The room was clean. The balcony forest view was tranquil with a stream flowing through the wooded area. The hot tub was Hot and relaxing. Convenient to all attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Room 323 was in a state of disarray, with the hair condition being only Clearwater. The bathtub was clogged, and the team managers were exhibiting an unprofessional attitude. The breakfast was subpar, lacking coffee and juice. The breakfast area was overflowing with garbage. The members were rude and repeatedly requested that the coffee and orange juices be replenished, but these requests were ignored. Additionally, I suspect that the sink for the water was also clogged.

Really strict on no smoking in rooms and outside. Have to be like 20 ft away to smoke. Though there is no actual smoke detector for the rooms that can detect smoke/vape. Only a traditional smoke detector

Our room was clean amenities were wonderful breakfast was good but food was not kept warm enough at times and could be replenished more frequently , other than that, overall a great place to stay and nearby to most attractions.

The room's carpet was wet, and so was the bedding. They shouldn't offer breakfast; it's very bad. The only good thing is the hotel's location and the fact that they provide passes to visit other resorts—that alone makes it worth it.

Booking.com showed pictures of the wrong room. When we arrived it was the wrong room. There was no ability to switch to the room that was shown.

The location is great. It's close enough to stuff for a short drive. I'm sorry but the breakfast was just gross we went to try it one morning and nope we didn't even eat it and went out instead. The hours of breakfast are way to short also. The door to the room stuck a lot and was very hard to get open.

We keep coming back cause everything is clean and stuff is friendly and helpful.

Location Just don't expect to much. This is the place with fantastic location, pretty comfortable rooms and that's all.

The desk person was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean. TV had a decent number of channels. I did not use any other amenities. I would stay here again.
