Clean rooms and staff were willing to give us a different room if the smell of the pool was too strong since it just rained. Our second time staying here and we love it! Very convenient to walk to Downtown Dells, too.

Was a very nice Motel. Very clean and close enough to walk downtown. The only thing I would say could improve on it the musty smell of the room. They did have a plug in air freshener in the wall. But when you turned on the A/C is where the mustiness came from. Maybe get a air freshener to clip on that. I would stay here again.

Location to downtown is the selling point Pillows were flat and only 2 per bed. TV is only over the air channels and werent working that well. Chain on door for extra security was broke.

I liked that the property wasn't crowded and was conveniently located near several dining options. I didn't use the pool during my stay, so I'm not sure if it's heated. The property doesn't offer breakfast, but for the price, that's completely acceptable. The facility could use a few updates or renovations in the future to give it a more modern feel.

The room was super clean! The owners were very nice and always around if you needed anything. Beds were very comfortable too! The shower drain was completely plugged and the tub filled with water fast. Our room had 2 large windows facing the street, and the blinds were not sufficient. Large gaps in the blinds made it so folks could see inside our room. Curtains would be great for that room instead of blinds.
