Atlantis Family Waterpark Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

For the price, it was not worth it. The pictures are misleading and the property is in need of repair. Sheets were stained, white stains on hallway carpets, slide for kids closed due to peeling material, etc. Disappointed.

Had a great stay

Tv dont work took staff over hour to come fix. Once we turned tv back on it wasnt working again. When we were leaving hotel staff were blocking the only elevator. We asked 3 times for them to move. If we didnt have so much stuff and weren't on the 3rd floor we woulda just took stairs. Kiddy pool water is nice and warm though isnt safe for littles with the peeling paints and the broken water fixtures. One is even blocked off with "slippery when wet" signs. Chunks of plaster missing from slides. Bed and room Were compfy. Just to run down and awful staff to stay again.

Cada año vamos a Wisconsin Dells pero es la primera vez que nos hospedamos ahí y nos encantó.

Horrible experience. Nothing worked and the rooms are old and outdated.

The room was super humid, the room smelled like something was rotten mixed with a bad body odor. We made the best of it.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and we were able to walk to some attractions.

I liked how warm the water was from the inside Waterpark, but it was very warm and smelled a lot like Clorox when you where out of the water. The location was great as it was really close to a lot of things like the zoo, breakfast and lunch locations. Check in was really easy and they were able to give us connecting rooms which was really helpful.

Staff was not especially friendly. Seemed annoyed that I had to ask where Door 3 was. Did not point out the map or anything, just told me to go outside. Room was extremely humid. There was a dehumidifier in the room but it was full when we arrived. Bed was super close to the air vent and it was basically blowing straight on us the entire night. The entire place could use a thorough cleaning and major updates. Very old and not very appealing.

Close to everything Hotel very outdated. Comforter was put on the wrong way. The jets did not work in the tub nor in the hot tub. The one kiddie slide has caution tape on it that needs to be totally removed and replaced as it’s deteriorating. Appears it’s been this way for a long time. Washing machine is outdated and was out of order as well. It was a place to sleep and close to attractions other than that it’s not worth it.

No breakfast offered even though the site says they have breakfast on weekends. Place is outdated. AC took a long time to get the room cool. Pools have peeling paint. Our room had a smell. We had to open the patio door and air it out for a few hours. They do not offer showering necessities. Freezer was not cold enough for water bottles. Elevator needs to be better labeled.

The floor is of the room was very dirty, and when I opened the door it smelled really bad, , I had stayed at this hotel before and hadn’t had this experience

The beds were super comfortable! We loved having bunk beds in the room with us for our kids. The balcony was nice to have Pretty run down and old. The vinyl plank floor in the bathroom was coming apart. Not very clean, especially the pools
