Very simple & clean room for those who want the basics. I did not like that there was no coffee maker & the breakfast wasn’t much, but it was a good place to sleep. The price for how minimalist it was seemed steep, but that’s Boston

We need to remind multiple times for room cleaning service. Else all good.

All of the above the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Very polite. Breakfast was OK pancakes scrambled eggs would've been nice. Air-conditioning was excellent in all. Everything was excellent.

Check-in was great! The woman at the desk was so nice and got us checked in quickly, which was much appreciated after such a long day of traveling. We loved the room! It was spacious, clean, uncluttered, and had flooring instead of carpet, which was a HUGE plus for me. I loved the open feel and not having to worry about gross hotel carpet. The breakfast was adequate. It was a bagel bar with muffins, yogurt, cereal, and boiled eggs. There was no bacon or sausage, but there were still plenty of options to grab something before heading out. Another big plus was having a microwave in the room. There’s no pool, which we didn’t realize until afterwards, but thankfully the kids were totally okay with it. Overall, I would 100% stay here again! Definitely a great stay. Clean and the breakfast host was so attentive, it was a busy morning on Saturday and she was totally taking care of us that a table was cleaned ASAP and we could enjoy out meal #Thanksgirl!!

Cleanliness and breakfast

Mais réservation mauvaise date personne ne serait responsable.. réservation pour le lendemain, on y va, arrive là à 23h45. Oups, ils ont le samedi suivant dans le système, hôtel en théorie plein (laissez moi en douter) ne peuvent pas nous héberger. Demande au gars de l'accueil de canceller la réservation du samedi suivant pour éviter les frais dit que c'est Expedia qui doit s'en occuper. Appelle Expedia peuvent pas rien faire comme c'est l'hôtel qui doit décider et service du gérant de l'hôtel juste le lundi suivant la date de réservation... Mais il y avait un message écrit envoyé à l'hôtel le jour de notre visite qui n'a jamais été répondu par l'administrateur de l'hôtel. Bref on nous a jamais remboursé. Très déçue de cet hôtel ils auraient eu le temps en masse de louer la chambre à une autre personne... mais ça doit coûter moins cher de personnel d'entretien de juste avoir des chambres payées et vides. C'est dommage on pensait retourner à Boston et arrêter à cet hôtel mais ce ne sera pas notre choix question service à la clientèle administratif assez décevant. On encourage des entreprises avec des gens qui donnent du service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the ac worked well. Both the lobby and the room smelled like cigarettes, which wasn't so great. But generally not bad.

Very happy with our stay! It was about 10 mins from Boston and the airport. Clean and comfy beds! The only downfall was the breakfast was very limited and our room was right off the freeway so heard loud motorcycles throughout the night! Otherwise very happy!

We had an issue with the room and the staff was of not much help and needed direction from their manager, while we, the occupants, endured the challenges of the 1 day stay.

Great hotel and location, the only comment I the road is really noisy.

Everyone and everything was great

This was a last minute necessity when our flights got cancelled and I needed a dog friendly place. They got us in, got us set up and were very friendly. We only stayed one night, so not much I can report on in the short time I was there, but what we did see was satisfactory.
