The room was not ready I had to wait 30 minutes to check in besides that everything else was fine

This was just a one night stay after an event in Eugene. I’m sure the high price wars because of the increase of tourists. Hotel stay was ok. There was a long black hair in the bath tub when we checked into the room and the body wash included in the shower was empty. Walls and doors are thin—you can hear anyone talking, walking (or running!) down the hall. Breakfast was decent and the area was clean.

It was a good service and friendly staff The ceiling vent wasn’t working and some people from other rooms were smoking at the not smoking section, didn’t like that.

Room was not cleaned on day 2.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was responsive to a concern that I had about noise coming from an adjacent room and addressed the issue swiftly.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast my wife and I have ever had (and we have had a lot of hotel breakfasts).

If you have handicapped rooms with twin queen beds I would sure like to reserve one for my next stay. The bathroom shower and toilet access is very difficult for this old man.

I did not use the amenities that’s why I gave it a four star. The staff and everybody were great there. But, my license plate got stolen in their parking lot. So I had to return my rental car for another which took 2 1/2 hours out of my day.

We booked the more expensive room and when we arrived they gave us the cheaper room that smelled. When I returned to the desk they told me it was a pet room (hence no carpeting). They changed it. When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. Follow up email from owners a couple days later was appropriate.
