Stay was great, guy behind the desk was awesome

Definitely needed extra cleaning. Dull dingy. Needs an update but a deep clean would be most helpful. Broken outlet covers and curtains. Won't stay again.

Good location, close to Walmart and Dutch Bros and many other restaurants and establishments. Cheaper than other options (for a good reason, imo) Keycards didn't work after we checked in which meant my husband I carried our stuff to the 2nd floor with our dinner and couldn't get in. My husband had to sit outside the door with all our stuff while I walked back down to the front desk and wait for them to check multiple people in before I could tell them my keycards weren't working. At least the gentleman who checked us in was nice about it. The next morning, the pancake machine wasn't working for breakfast so we went out instead. Don't check-in online, I was told by the staff they have no record of those transactions. When I did check-in online, I was offered and accepted a late check out, that was never relayed to staff who was completely annoyed when I called to ask about it. (I originally went to the front desk to ask but left after standing there, feeling invisible, while the clerk had a nice conversation with a gentleman regarding the cost of living in Seattle) Once i got her in the phine instead, she said we were fine to check out at 12 noon. At about 11:30, of course in the middle of us loading our stuff into the car from the 2nd floor, the keycards quit working again. Had to go back to the front, the clerk wasn't there, we waited 10 min or so, then she made sure to be all annoyed and toss my card back to me after reactivating it. The room wasn't very clean, there was writing on the restroom wall and the wall and commonly touched areas were dirty. What a crappy stay we had at this place. Three out of ten due to price and location but I would not recommend staying here.

The staff were great and friendly. The amenities like breakfast were nice to have. The 1st day the pancake machine was broken so there wasn't a lot of filling options but it was running the next day. Pool and hot tub were fun and were open 6a-10p which is great. My biggest issue was that the building is outdated but that is absolutely not the staffs fault. There is rust everywhere and the rooms and air unit had a mildewy smell. We also found some garbage under the bed from previous guests. Would love to see some more breakfast options like toast or bagels

This hotel was very close to the outlet mall (purpose of the trip).

The breakfast was TERRIBLE! Pancakes and NOTHING else! No fruit, no yogurt, no pastries. Just pancakes. The room was NOT clean. There was hair everywhere and handprints on every surface. I will never stay here again.

Clean comfy AFFORDABLE. Only issue we had was homeless approaching outside. One attempted break in auto in parking lot when the dude realized we were in the truck he ran away! Convenient shopping for food and good 4 outs 5

The breakfast was bad you had a hotcakes or yogurt...there was no cereal or bagels or toast something to at least choose from some of us can't have that in morning and for what we pay for a weekend it could be a little better..The staff was wonderful that made the stay nice

Location, clean, friendly staff, good shower. Obvious signs of spackle and work in progress/interrupted work in progress on bathroom walls. Bathroom looked like it needed a great deal of correction and finish work and repainting.

Breakfast option was either pancakes or oatmeal nothing else

The hotel and room has a strange musty odor. The pool was cloudy and had too much chlorine; burning my son’s eyes and irritating his skin. Other guests were coughing from the fumes in the hot tub. The sheets were stained, had a bloody spot. The mattress was stained. The toilet ran and to stop it the handle had to be jiggled. Toilet also was leaking. The tv remote wasn’t working correctly. The walls had dirt spots in various places. I would not stay here again. I am not sure why it is rated ok on here.

Very friendly staff.

Staff very nice and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Huge opportunity was breakfast- it sucks. Just 1 pancake machine that everyone crowds around and “Great Value” Walmart yogurt. I’m sure ownership / management is trying to keep the options cheap, but some more offerings would be nice. Also fix the jets in the hot tub, the sign saying they were on “back order” was really worn, so also trying to cut corners there. Very comfortable stay otherwise.
