I have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed every stay.

Everyone was so friendly.

The staff were exceptional. From lobby to rooftop bar/restaurant “The Shed”. Very relaxed, high end home vibe. I didn’t like leaving. Wanted to stay longer than 2 nights.

The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great

Good ambience during the day. Nice wine selection. Pretty lobby decor, rooms are nice for now. Staff was not helpful for example bell hop did not help with bags when I was getting out of uber and going to front desk. My pregnant sister valeted her car and no one helped her with her bags. Not asked to help with bringing bags to room. Wrote in reservation it was for a birthday celebration , didn’t get any acknowledgement for that. Front desk couldn’t comment on any of the restaurants around and didn’t know any locations in woodinville. The room we were put in mid week was horrendous by the elevator, loud, stains on bathroom wall and hair in shower. Clearly a fast turnover not luxury stay accommodation. Had reservation for dinner for months and table was not ready on time and had to wait and they also did not acknowledge the special occasion. Also very shocking to charge for parking in woodinville , it’s not Seattle or Bellevue. Overall not worth the money and not impressed whatsoever. Check in took forever and check out was super rude and not helpful. Plus they had continuous lines. Won’t be staying again or recommending. For an Autograph hotel , very disappointing experience and especially at that cost.

Amazing hotel. Gorgeous, immaculate, and hotel staff is awesome. The restaurants are great. Having tea and an electric tea kettle plus a Nespresso machine is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and soooo quiet. I couldn’t hear any of my neighbors. Will definitely stay again, especially when seeing a concert at Chateau St. Michelle winery.

Every staff member was very polite and considerate. The valet team was especially professional. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again

The facility itself is well located right in the heart of the wine District in Woodinville. It’s a beautiful hotel and the rooms are gorgeous. At $450 a night I was shocked when our room overlooked the flat top roof of their building beside us and then at the back of another one of their buildings no view whatsoever and frankly one of the worst views I’ve had from a hotel. Not worth the price.

Checkout was very smooth and they were so sweet and so happy to hear everything was pleasant for our stay. We will be back.

Liked the location, within walking distance of some great restaurants. Very nice decor. Wait staff, especially in the hotel bar were inattentive. Seemed highly understaffed. Double charged me for my entire stay, they did eventually fix it, but I had to call and reiterate their mistake. Tv in hotel room did not work. Ordered room service dessert and it never came, Eventually after an hour had to call and cancel it.
