Nice rooms. Beds comfy. Need better shades if you are facing west. They have a lot of events there, so sometimes other patio/garden area is closed. Beautiful gardens and areas to stroll. Not sure if they had a pool? Didn’t look. As previously said, the lack of good blackout shades because the blinds didn’t fit windows. Could be loud at night if near road (events on property or at lavender farm across street). Need better soundproofing. Room service made a few errors…took a lot of work to get final bill reconciled. Super nice people, but need more training for F&B and front desk.

The location is very good. It was an easy walk to the downtown shopping area and Woodinville. Strolling the hotel property was also a delight. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff is outstanding. When our room lights went out, the electrician was on it immediately.

Everything was beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely gorgeous room and grounds to explore. Excellent service in general. We were disappointed with the breakfast at the Barking Frog and had an unfortunate meal at the Fireside Lounge but they at least comped what we couldn't eat.

Was able to provide me an early check end before 4:00 pm.

Pleasant place to stay with a charming rustic feel. Hotel staff are always pleasant, and there is access to some great quality food (most of the time) with on-site restaurant and room service.

Bed was very comfortable, clean and very polite staff. As well as coffee in the room, there was filtered coffee, fruit & cookies available in the lobby until 12. Lovely room, but the balcony was above the car park so we couldn’t use it or open the door (due to noise & privacy). We couldn’t use the spa as there was a private party using it. We arrived at 2 am, and even though we informed the hotel that we would arrive late from JFK due to bad weather, we were charged as no show for that night.

The complimentary glass of wine, the ambiance, the big bath tub, the proximity/walkability to wineries, and a very friendly and accommodating staff. There is nothing I didn't like about thia hotel.
