The room was very clean and the staff was nice. I only ate breakfast a couple of times but it was good and hot. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I plan on staying there again

The hotel is in a good location. They do not provide any maid service for the rooms during your stay. The breakfast was out of cinnamon rolls 1/2 hour before the breakfast ended. When I asked if they were going to put more out she said they were done for the day.

Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. My name is Ms. Redmond 219 293 9601 . I have stayed at this property quite a few times, but I will not return

The room was comfortable and clean. Like the availability of Dove toiletries in shower and sink area. Free breakfast was good. We signed up for Loyalty Program as required for late checkout. They did not honor the late checkout as my husband came back to our room and they were cleaning it at 11:30.

Hotel conveniently located to main roads, large room, bathroom had enough counter space for our stuff, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff. Water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

Clean location good We booked a room with 2 qn beds but when we got there it was a king. 3 adults! There was a sofa bed that was awful Just not happy You asked us to choose the room type They said they could change it at anytime Wish we knew that ahead of time
