Everything was extremely clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! They served a variety of things for breakfast. I was impressed with the freshness of the food.

Breakfast was fantastic. We especially liked the pancake maker. It was a big hit with our party. We also loved the many choices of the eggs and variety of items served. Everything was fresh and delicious. Nothing really.

I have to go back to North ATL for unfinished business next week and I already booked at the same hotel. That’s the best compliment I can make to a hotel.

The rooms were very clean & the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It was great having full sized shampoo, lotion, etc, attached to the walls in the bathroom. However, there were several issues. The first was when I checked in & tried to use my cards to access my room, & they would not work. When I went back downstairs & told the woman at the desk, she obviously thought I was not using the cards correctly. She finally gave me new cards & I went back upstairs & they still wouldn’t work. I asked two women in the hall about using the cards & they tried but were unable to get them to work. While we were still in the hall, the woman from the desk came up to us & used a different card to unlock my door. I didn’t leave my room until the next morning when I left to eat breakfast & check out so I don’t know if the cards ever worked. It was very inconvenient carrying my bags up & down in the elevator but what bothered me more was the attitude of the employee in that she never smiled or apologized and seemed to be very condescending. The second issue was the metal type noise in my room throughout the night that stopped before I could check on it. The noise occurred again while I was getting dressed & it sounded as if it was from the area by the coffee pot. The third issue was when I was about to finish eating & a roach crawled from the last row of seats toward the food area. A man who came out from the kitchen stepped on it & removed it from the area.

This location was excellent. Stay very enjoyable. Everything was at the level you expect Holiday Inn Express to be

Althea! She was the very best at customer service. She even walked us to our room and made sure we knew where everything was. The location of the room was great, parking, entrances, the bed, everything! I’ve never stayed anywhere this accommodating! The only somewhat negative thing I could say is that the shower head didn’t have good pressure. But it worked!

Our room was very clean and fresh smelling. The staff went out of their way to make some changes for us. Breakfast offered varied selections and were all very tasty and hot. Parking was so easy. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast was good . The stsff were courteous specially the receptionist that was on duty the evening when I checked in.. She was very pleasant and helpful. My room was on the first floor at the end of the hallway facing the pool. During the night, the projector by the pool light the room It was an invenience to us.

The staff was super helpful when we needed to add another night to our stay & they made the transition smooth without having to pack up our room. Breakfast was great each day and the property seemed clean/well maintained. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't too bad. Seemed not to be filtering properly, but wasn't terrible.
