The office manager started out appearing to be friendly, she didn't ask me where I wanted my room, she chose to put me in a room on the first floor which was right next to the leasing office, it was the worst experience of my life. I explained to her at check in that l was staying in the area because I was continuing my cancer treatment and that I needed to rest. The room was noisy all the time with people going in and out of the leasing office, she was always bumping up against the wall with her chair and moving things around. I was told at check in that they didn't accept dogs and I said great because the last thing I needed was to be woken up at night. I take my cancer medicine at 8pm and try to get some rest, well that didn't happen because I kept being woken up by someone walking over my head, the first few nights I thought it was a large adult, but it never stopped, finally l started hearing continued running and barking now stop, after a few days l couldn't take it anymore, so about 10pm l called the night manager who was very rude and hung up on me. The air conditioner is very loud, there is a moisture problem in the room, I purchased some new cough drops and they kept melting. The plumbing has a problem because it makes a loud gurgling noise. Don't forget your soap, tissue, paper towels, trash bags, and be prepared to wash your towels and face clothes or do like l did take your own. Better customer service, the manager was rude about the dogs, she claimed she didn't know, but her office was right below the floor with the dogs, yes more than one. Why didn't she inspect the property, what about house keeping, what about maintenance, they didn't care

There was no breakfast at this location. The location itself was great. The staff was awesome. I don't like the fact that you can't have pets of any kind I understand that cats and dogs are a bite much. But I had a pet turtle that I had to get rid of because you accept no pets of any kind. And my pet turtle was in a tank just like a fish crazy i would like to see you change that

A lot of people outside without room apt night. No cleaned up none day. No issue paper available in the room. It was terrible.

Convenient being able to cook if I needed to cook have enough room in the room enough space it was nice. It is nice. Still staying here. Maybe if it feels a little bit cheaper would be better

Totality of stay was awful, rude management, horrible attitude, smelly room, wasn’t paid deposit back, and no service to room not one day
