Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodstock/Atlanta North

The staff was very professional. Special kudos to Ms. Desiree who was professional, friendly and very helpful.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Bathtub was chipped up. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Walls were paper-thin, neighboring rooms had TV on all night. Hotel staff was unable to resolve.

The facility was nice. Breakfast was nothing special but there were several choices of prepackaged items. Parking was close. Staff was friendly.

When we first arrived the lady in the front desk (black female age around 40s) was great she checked us in smoothly, nice, and funny! Flies were in the water due to the pool having lights under attracting them.

Room not clean, a/c did not work, sheets were damp, shower not cleaned, room had significant odor

One of the beds in the room was covered in animal hair. It had to be completely remade. The carpet was damp supposedly from being cleaned. They said they were going to give us a discount but that didn't happen.

Although I was eventually moved to a different room, the fact remains that I was initially assigned a room containing blood-stained bedding and pillows. This created serious concerns regarding the property's housekeeping standards, room inspection procedures, and commitment to guest safety and cleanliness. I attempted to speak with the General Manager on the evening of the incident but was informed that he was unavailable. I attempted again the following day and was initially unable to reach him. When I eventually spoke with the General Manager the following morning, I requested that the first night's stay be refunded due to the unacceptable condition of the room. He declined and instead offered 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points. What concerned me most, however, was the manner in which the complaint was handled. During our discussion, I advised him that I intended to report the matter to Wyndham Corporate and, if necessary, to Expedia. He responded that doing so would not solve anything, that the hotel would continue operating, and that the matter would eventually disapp

I stay there every time. I’m in Woodstock to see my boyfriend who lives there. It’s very convenient. I didn’t like the fact that the pool was locked

Close to everywhere I need. I did not like the fact that cleaning was until third day

Great location. Breakfast is simple. It's worth the money I paid It's great that facilities had laundry. Nice Hotel for Baseball tournaments. Near East Cobb Baseball Complex Would definitely stay again. Beds were squeaky Found a small roach in the bathroom

The room had a horrible smell. Everything needed to be updated. No fridge or microwave as shown in website. Shower knob turned round and round. Location to E Cobb ballpark was excellent but that was the only upside. Would not book here again.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always an uneventful pleasant stay. Which I like.
