Clean and attractive. The Continental Breakfast was sufficent for a day of meetings. Some minor maintenance in the room was noted, such as paint chips in bathroom wall, and grouting in bathroom tile floor. Price was good and hotel is located near shopping/dining choices.

Good location. Friendly staff. Front desk was amazing. Room had a couple little things wrong but was overall comfortable. Shower curtain had mold on it. It was small but still needs to be addressed. If you are staying for work for more than a day or two you need to ask for fresh towels. Room was clean which is a plus.

This hotel is one of the most pretentious I have ever stayed at. They guard towels like they are made of gold. It was my husband, our kids, and me, and there were only two washcloths in the room. The first night, they made us bring our dirty towels to the front desk just to get new ones. (Who does that?) The second night, they would only give us two towels and claimed they did not have any more. Secondly, an employee TRIED TO ENTER OUR ROOM AT 12 AM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING. They did not call or knock, although they claim they did. The only reason they could not walk in on us was because the latch was on. Apparently, the neighbors complained that our TV was too loud. When I called the next day to complain about someone attempting to enter our room while we were asleep, cue the snottiest employee ever. He claimed our TV was at full volume, which was a lie. It was on 20 which is not remotely full volume and was not loud enough to warrant someone attempting to enter our room at midnight. If your hotel is so cheaply made that you can hear a TV through the walls that clearly, maybe the hotel needs to do better with its soundproofing. This rude individual basically told us that we needed to know how to conduct ourselves in public, which had some very uncomfortable racial undertones given the area we were in and the way the conversation was

Room was nice and clean, and breakfast was decent. The only problem I had was the beds were way too soft and the ac didn’t have a constant fan setting, so when the ac went off you could hear everything.
