Harbor Inn

Loved the location! Nice and clean. Beautiful views and two minute walk to the beach! Wish the pool hours were a bit longer. Other than that perfect getaway!

Location was great and the room set up was great too. We couldn't get the tv to work. We ran out of towels and toilet paper by the evening of checking in, considering for how many were staying in the room, and by the time we realized it was late in the evening, so went out and bought what we needed. The room could have been cleaner too.

Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at! Cockroaches, drain in shower was not emptying so my husband took it apart and it was clogged with hair! Elevator was a miracle if it worked. You never knew it was going to work or not, dirty pool that nobody went in, loud noise from hvac system in closet, tv didn't work, strong urine smell in stairways, beds were the worst and made noise every time you moved. Everyone kept waking each other up with a slight turn in the bed. The location was great but stay far away from this hotel!!

Internet didn't work, uncomfortable bed. Everything else was AMAZING

Poor

The stay was good however I feel like the Tv needs to be a smart tv and the internet was awful. There is a short walk over the bridge to the beach and plenty of restaurants both ways. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the water activities that folks were doing and I even seen some dolphins. You want be disappointed for the exception of the internet and no smart tv.

Proximity to the beach and local shops Cleaning crew was horrible. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. Never replaced sheets that were stained to begin with. Hardly left towels and never left toilet paper. Never cleaned all week. Had to request items multiple times front desk guy. Pool closed at 5pm and there was no mention of this anywhere on the site. Blood in elevator upon check out.

Exceptional

The view was nice. The ac worked fine the whole time. It wasn’t cleaned very well. The dishes were left dirty. Appliances were disgusting. So much dust built up on one of doors which had like vent openings. Also the air inside the room was just - stuffy it had a poor smell even after we opened the patio door and ran the fan.

great location, 5 minute walk from the beach. apartment was not cleaned at all. Dusty, the bed sheets were dirty.

Clean room and great pool

I wasn't able to check in during there regular hours - so arrangements were made to pick up the key (on site!) when I arrived Parking was right next to the building and included in the price (note - 1 car per unit!) there was an elevator and luggage racks - so check in and check out went very smoothly 5 minute walk to the beach - just over the bridge and down a block. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was very nice. it was wonderful to have a balcony that had a view of the pool, Bridge and the Harbor Downsides - they were minimal. The Pool - was a bit on the dirty side - HOWEVER - Coming back from the beach when it was 110 degrees and a UV of 10 - it felt amazing and we did not care a bit!!! The Bathroom - although it looked clean - smelled of urine and we had to keep the door closed as it could be smelled from the bunkbeds. I Wish - there was a broom! lol All hardwood floors - which makes perfect sense - because I can't imagine a carpet with all that sand. We tracked a lot of sand in - and it would have been nice to be able to give it a sweep. I would rate it a 9/10 and would definitely stay there again!
