Very disappointed in my stay. My husband and I have been using this hotel for the past couple of years. It was great until this last trip. I arrived to check in around 4pm and was told their systems were down. I was unable to check in. I came back to the property around 8:30pm and finally saw people were checking in. Receive my room only to find my room not clean. Dry contact lens and hair in the bathroom and to top it off a cockroach in the wall. The staff was friendly but you can definitely tell this place needs renovation. Pool was decent. This will be my last time staying here.

The staff was supper friendly and helpful I did not like the carpet in the room it’s old and smelly also did not like the shower not draining properly when we showered

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Everything was great, I don’t mind not having housekeeping every day but if staying longer than a day, more towels and garbage pick up. I asked and it was done
