Element by Marriott Wilmington

Couldn’t stay there because they gave our room away after we received a confirmation, etc. And the girl at the check-in counter that night was rude

From reception to the housekeeping the Element is top notch. Our 3rd stay in the last year and we couldn’t be happier. Centrally located and the facility is spotless and well maintained.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Overall the hotel was nice. The cleanliness was not as expected. The shower walls were grimy. The floors needed to be mopped.

Staff was friendly, but limited in there ability to help with my recurring issues. The first room I was assigned was occupied by another guest or was never cleaned. The second room I was assigned was not clean. There was trash in all trash cans, hair in the shower floor and towels, stains on the sheets.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to. I just returned from a week long vacation to Wilmington/ Wrightsville Beach and let me say how well taken care of this property was. When we checked in, our room was spotless. Staff were incredibly helpful and also very friendly as well. The outdoor recreation area had plenty of activities like the pool, grills, a pool table and a fire pit. Also, very friendly for younger vacationers who don’t meet the age requirement to rent a beachfront property. On a given weekday, this hotel was 10 mins from Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking into visiting the Wilmington area.

The staff at this hotel were phenomenal - right down to the breakfast cooks, who added blueberry pancakes (with fresh blueberries) to the eggs and sausage menu. The man at the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. There was a large decanter of fruti-infused water at all hours in the lobby. The pool was great. I just really wished they had a hot tub. No hotel should be without one! The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was phenomenal every morning, and the stay was comfortable and clean!

The property! Is A+. So clean! Amazing staff, Bar and the breakfast a like no other!!! I’ve extended my stay three times!!!

Pool was a bit dirty and the wgg breakfast was cold

Must leave dirty towels and trash outside door everyday if you want fresh ones.. no one informs you of this.. lack of communication.

Sharon at the front desk was amazing! Very warm welcome and ensured our family had everything to have a successful stay.

Only negative was our refrigerator did not work. Asked twice at front desk to fix but was not done. But...ice machine was right outside our room so we made do! Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

Clean rooms and friendly staff!

The staff was very friendly and they love pets. It made it easy to stay with my dog. I loved the dog area it was very clean. The breakfast had good options as well. The room was not ready by the time we arrived and we had to wait over an hour. Also they double charged me for my one dog. I am still waiting on the credit back to my account. As well the staff stated they would take care of us since we had to wait so long for our room and nothing was taken care of.
