Excellent location for our business trip - close to Business Garden Wroclaw. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast. Kettle, coffee and tea at my room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains isolated effectively from light. Small table at my room. I would like to have bigger one.

Leaving Room below standard. Bed too small, wasn't big enough,mattress very soft & duvet just covered the mattress & no more. I spilled some water on the carpet & dried it with a towel....the carpet was very dirty. No English channels on tv. Curtains too small for window. Very noisy at night so I never got much sleep. Staff were very young, uninterested, unhelpful & a bit rude. I was at reception to check out this morning at 4.15am to leave for airport....no one at reception. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This unfortunately was a disaster. Details below I arrived in the hotel on our second stay, the room was booked paid for and confirmed on 21 July (money went from my bank and the confirmation was on Booking.com app). The receptionist told me they have no booking in their system and he can't help me. He said I should phone Booking.com info line, despite it was after 8pm and the line was already closed. I was offered no help and had to look for another hotel, which spoiled my evening - we missed a concert. I will not be staying in this hotel ever again as I was not treated with any consideration. Whether it was the fault of the hotel or Booking.com, none of them suffered, only I suffered. This is in breach of customer rights. I can only conclude I was a subject of SPAM that Booking.com allowed and the hotel staff did not care about.

The room had lots of space including a big and clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is a fast 10 min ride from the city center with public transport.

Very good location - only 12 minutes tram to the old town / market. Room was large and comfortable, with air condition. It was quiet with closed windows. Very good breakfast. 1. Curtains in the room - no way to make it dark. Definitely needs improvement. 2. Additional 35 PLN parking fee.
