equipment I chose this hotel partly because it offered on-site parking. Only after making the reservation did I discover that parking was subject to an additional charge, even for hotel guests. The most ironic part was the parking experience itself. I paid 50 PLN for parking at the reception, only to be told that I should look for an available space in front of the hotel and that there might not be any spaces left. Charging guests for parking without guaranteeing an actual parking space was difficult to understand. I contacted the hotel to ask whether this information was correct and whether there was any possibility of including parking in the room price. Unfortunately, I received only a brief reply repeating the daily parking fee without addressing my concerns. The first impression of the room was also disappointing. When I entered, I found cleaning equipment and a cleaning cloth left behind near the door, which suggested that the room might not have been fully prepared for the next guest. I had to find a member of the housekeeping staff and ask them to remove the items. My stay was further affected by several other issues. The air conditioning did not work properly, which made the room uncomfortably hot. In addition, the mattress was extremely soft, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. In my opinion, several aspects of the stay should have been communicated more clearly during the booking process so that guests could make an informed decision. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. The selection was very wide, and everyone could find something they liked. There were plenty of options to choose from, making the breakfast enjoyable for all guests. The staff were not particularly friendly. It was not mentioned anywhere that parking required an additional fee. We went out for dinner, and when we returned, our key card no longer worked. The same thing happened again after breakfast, so every time we left the room, we had to go back to the reception desk to have our key card reset. The air conditioning was also not working. With temperatures above 37°C, it was very difficult to sleep. During breakfast, one of the waitresses kept walking around asking guests for their room numbers while they were eating, serving themselves at the buffet, or making coffee. We found this quite intrusive and it made the breakfast experience less enjoyable.
