Citi Hotel's Wroclaw

An air conditioner exceeded my expectation! It saved us from the heating outside.

The service is always great, the staff is professional and friendly, and the cleanliness and housekeeping are consistently excellent. Having a kitchenette in the room is always a big advantage. Overall, it offers an outstanding balance between price and quality. I highly recommend it for both short and extended business stays. I am not entirely sure how it works, as some rooms did not have a microwave.

Ideal for the business trip

Breakfast was as expected, never had I travel in Poland and had bad breakfast. Most surprising was the room size as it was huge, it felt more as a little apartment, but when compared to my friends room it is not the case for all. I stayed in rrom 300 and I guess all above and below will be the same size. Every room has queen size bed big smart tv and huge bath room and small kitchen with microwave, sink, drawers and good size fridge, desk and AC. My room had to tvs and 2 ac as it was bigger. You also receive complementary water and coffe.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the room was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The dining area was clean and well-organized. The hotel’s location was also convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, comfort, and high-quality service. We enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant experience.

The bed No shampoo. The toilet door kept closing, a bit annoying. The carpet looked old and dirty, but the toilet floor was nice, so they should change the carpet. There was a small sink for cups, some coffee and two tea bags, but no spoons, which was a bit weird. The toilet sink filled up super fast.

Very clean and good space. For me, the mattress is much soft, butt is confortable.

Parking is in the different building on the top floor, outside.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the bus station from and to the airport and 10 minutes away from the city center. There are bars, stores, restaurants around the hotel as one of the main streets to the center. The staff was VERY pleasant and a bit shy (I suppose they're not used getting something sweet ☺️ to make their afternoon at work a bit pleasant. The room was very comfortable. There was a water boiler, coffee and tea, bottled water in a small kitchen. Coming from minimalistic Denmark, in Citi hotel food was delicious, lot's of combinations to enjoy in, cheeses, meats, freshly made eggs such as cold, breads, veggies for salads, some dishes with fish, fruit, desserts, cereals.., something for everyone. I'm a sucker for pastries and sernik it cheesecake was just awesome with a splash of jam. Breakfast was served before 7 am so I enjoyed the food before leaving. Shortly, I enjoyed staying here and will come again to enjoy in Wroclaw as well. ? Definitely recommending ? Everything was ok.

The double bed is just two twin beds joined together, and that makes it impossible to actually sleep in the middle of the bed as there is a noticeable gap between mattresses.

The window would not open and weak airconditioning

These are just some suggestions to make things even better! We had booked a room with separate beds but were given one with a double bed — we had to change, but everything went smoothly. However, in the room we were given, there was no microwave, while another room did have one. It’s really convenient, and it would be ideal to have it in every room with a mini kitchen! Also, in the photos of my room there was a bathtub, but in the end, it was a shower. It wasn’t a big issue, but a bathtub is really nice — especially when that’s what you choose! The beds were good, but the pillows were not great. Wishing you success!

Rooms were clean and quite big, included small kitchen with little fridge. There were some supermarkets, small grocery shop and good coffee stores nearby. Location was good, well connected and neighbourhood was easy to walk. Parking lot was in a mall center nearby but on the top level without any roof (it is a payed parking lot reserved for the hotel). We were told that we had to pay for the day of parking but we couldn't leave our car the entire day on the last day.

The hotel is located between 2 busy streets and a sports field nearby, so there was no noise with open window only for a couple of hours deep in the night. The air conditioning in the room worked very weakly, so it was very hot. Parking is in a separate multi-storey car park on the other street. The food at breakfast was sufficient and tasty, but the breakfast room itself is quite small (too big tables), uncomfortable and untidy.

The location is great. Old town in 15 min by foot. Have a few restaurants and grocery stores close by. Breakfast was good. The room was nice, but at 8 pm, the room started to smell like sewage. It was coming from the restroom, and even when we turned on the ventilation, it didn't help. Would be nice to have a few vending machines in the lobby

I liked the location and the room type there was a strange unpleasant smell, like the smell of sewage, other people's hair and dirty sheets and pillowcases. We asked to change the room, they changed it for us, the other room was better, but the smell of sewage was the same.

ability to leave belongings at the reception desk before the room was available, the kitchenette with an electric kettle, cutlery, plates and cups the hotel being close to the concert venue the construction site was loud from about 8am until the evening, but the hotel can't do much about it, my room's door lock wasn't working
