The hotel is modern, elegant and clean. High standard. I specifically requested vegan options for breakfast when booking. Then I inquired when I checked in at the reception and I was told there will be options. When we arrived at breakfast all there was for us to eat was bread, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled mushrooms, baked beans (which sat next hot meat dish and smelled of meat) and cereal with plant milk. I asked a waiter who was very helpful and u understood what vegan meant, and she brought us hummus from the kitchen. They didn’t even have dairy free spread which I always see in hotels around the world so this was disappointing. I paid the same price for breakfast as people who eat everything and I wasn’t offered alternatives for sausages, cheeses and cakes that they could have, which isn’t fair. I believe vegan breakfast should be discounted.

Breakfast Front desk clark was unfriendly, hairdryer week and did not work properly, showerpad unstable, sink did not work well; booking the room I had asked for a silent room, but I got a noisy one, on the floar not reachable by elevator, just in front of a busy road; pillows uncomfortable.
