It was really clean, the staff was friendly The bed’s mattresses was to soft, so I didnt slept well, the bathroom washing basin was broken and leaking.

The location was easy to find. The parking lot was available at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious. The hotel had a beautiful garden, which added charm to the stay. The parking area was on ungraded ground, which was inconvenient with luggage. The room felt outdated, and some furniture was broken or not properly cleaned behind. Breakfast was very simple with limited options. The Wi-Fi signal was weak inside the room. The TV was old and not enjoyable to use.

Hotel robi świetne wrażenie - jest po prostu ładny, stylowy i bardzo klimatyczny. Jeśli lubicie dobrze zjeść, to trafiliście idealnie. Śniadania to absolutny hit: ogromny wybór, wszystko świeże i pyszne. Restauracja hotelowa też daje radę, dania z karty są na najwyższym poziomie. Najlepsza jest jednak ekipa pracująca na miejscu! Mega miła obsługa uratowała mi skórę i bez problemu przechowała moje rzeczy, które tam zostawiłam, aż przez dwa tygodnie! Pełen profesjonalizm i super ludzkie podejście. Bardzo polecam i na pewno tam wrócę!

Hotel nie poinformował mnie, że w czasie mojej wizyty jest organizowane wesele, mimo że rezerwację robiłem z jednodniowym wyprzedzeniem. Przy zameldowaniu zapewniano nas, że w pokoju będzie cicho, a impreza skończy się o północy. W rzeczywistości potężny bas uniemożliwił sen, a wesele trwało po 12:40. Moje dwa telefony na recepcję zostały zlekceważone, a obsługa sprawiała wrażenie zirytowanej, że w ogóle dzwonię. Mimo regulaminowej ciszy nocnej od 22:00, obiekt przedłożył imprezę nad komfort gości. Jeśli organizujecie wesele, nie wynajmujcie w tym czasie pokoi ludziom, którzy chcą wypocząć w podróży.

We were given rooms with kids near reserved party place, and only after demanding replacement, they changed the rooms at 11pm. Administrator made a mistake for giving rooms near party room, all family was distrupted. Administrator was regret after all and was sorry... I suppose administrator should think about such things before check in. Beds are not good in our first room, breakfast is weak.

Good location, bus to Wroclaw just outside a hotel. Nice breakfast, very good dinner with good value. A/C in the room and small terrace is a plus. Maybe reception could be 24/7 just in case of any issues.

Very pleasant hotel with a great breakfast. Everything was comfortable and well organized. The staff deserves special mention – extremely friendly, kind and positive. All employees were very welcoming and helpful, creating a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. A nice additional touch was the water dispenser in the corridor offering cold, still and sparkling water, which was very convenient. The room was also well equipped with a kettle, two cups and tea. Another big advantage was the possibility to charge an electric car. The price was around 2–2.50 PLN per kWh. The charging was slow, but very convenient – it saved us time and allowed us to charge easily during our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
