The adjoining restaurant for breakfast was very good. The A/C worked very well. There were stores and restaurants nearby. The park across from the hotel was huge! While showering, the water ran warm and cold. The toilet paper holder was missing. The “Do not disturb/please clean” sign was missing. The room felt cramped. The back support of a plastic chair was broken.

Just that the hair dryer was not there. But I am not sure it was included or should be thereat all. But no big deal. Also maybe a small lamp at the bed would be nice (such as those small IKEA clip-on laps), but that is just a suggestion.

Also, the air conditioning was excellent. We came during the 39° heat, and it was divine in the room. The room itself was not much spacious but neither too small. The beds are comfortable. Spotless clean! I'm very happy with our stay. It's quite far from the center, but still just 15 minutes on a bus.

Aparthotel exactly as I expected

The breakfast was very good, offering good value for money. The location was also very good. The apartment was not properly cleaned — there was visible dust on surfaces and on the floor upon arrival, which immediately gave a poor impression. Communication was also an issue. On the day of arrival, I tried calling three times and received no answer. I also sent a message through the platform and never got a reply. During our stay (May 2nd and 3rd), we interacted with a staff member who was consistently rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, on the night before check-out there was a strong smell of tobacco and/or cannabis coming into the apartment from other rooms. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with a child under 2 years old. When we reported this at check-out, the response we received was dismissive and with arrogant tone, blaming us for not calling reception — despite the fact that previous calls had gone unanswered.

The on-line system to check in is not user-friendly and it works slowly. I had problems checking in conveniently.

Excellent apartament: good facilites, comfortable, friendly staff and quality for price. Warm and cosy enough, kitchen appliances sufficient for the basic meal preparation. Shampoo and gel provided. Location quite far from centre although bus stop very near, with 2 buses quite regular, 112 and 145 which take you to centre within 15 to 20 mins. There are cafés, and takeaways walking distance, also Lidl 3 mins walk away. No hairdryer, which in winter is a totally essential. No iron and board either.
