I had a wonderful stay at Platinum Palace Boutique Spa Hotel Wroclaw. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my visit. The spa facilities were excellent and added an extra level of comfort and relaxation to the experience. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay while still offering easy access to the city centre. Getting into town was very convenient using either Uber or the tram. Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly service, and a perfect balance between tranquillity and accessibility. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again. N/A

Staff were professional, courteous and excellent spoken English Junior suite was excellent. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location for transport (5 stops by tram) into Wroclaw city centre. Excellent spa facilities. We knew the hotel was 'pet friendly' but we didn't expect dogs to be allowed in the breakfast / dining area. We didn't enjoy witnessing a dog standing begging at the table of its' owners during breakfast. Consequently we didn't book for evening meals during our 4 day stay. The bannisters on the 1st and 2nd floor were not as robust or safe as would be expected. We were informed by email on the the day we were to arrive that there would be a wedding on and despite being placed in a quiet suite at the front of the hotel, we could hear the noise of the trams until 1am as the hotel is across the road from the tram terminus.

Staff were excellent. Very Clean, beautiful building, access to the park from the rear, great for walking dogs. The additional charges checking in. Deposit for the room, charging more for 2 dogs than 1. Expensive parking. All had to be paid on check in.

The location is very convenient with easy access to public transportation. Proximity to the South Park added tranquility to the stay. Dedicated an honest staff. I left my bag with an expensive watch and it was returned to mi with the full content. I appreciate and admire integrity of the staff. Toilet seat not quietly dropping. Markings on paneling. No digital thermostat. No car registration scan for in and out. No handicapped ramps for disable people.

Beautiful building with direct acces to parc and very good restaurant and breakfast Entering the parking of the hotel premises is inconvenient with narrow access and limited places. Price for parking is 80/day and you pay 150/day for a small Shi-Tzu dog, equaling 2 diner choices, which is ridiculous

Beautiful hotel! I liked the layout of the room. I didn't try the spa. The bed was worn and had a large divit so we had to sleep with our head in the foot end of the bed in order to lie somewhat normally (we couldn't be bothered changing rooms and did not speak to the hotel about it) Also the aircondition didn't work, but we just opened the windows and it was fine.
