Location - the hotel is right in the heart of old town. I went during Christmas market season and was able to easily get to and from the markets throughout my stay. Very central location. Modern conveniences- beautiful architectural building but had a working elevator. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, heated bathroom floors, multiple outlets in the bedroom. Staff - all the staff I interacted with were lovely. Answered all my questions. Very helpful. Nothing

The artistic couple with us would have wanted more of an artistic feel in the rooms. Unique paintings, local artists represented.

This is my favorite hotel in Wroclaw and it was as good as ever. Location is excellent, rooms are comfortable, staff are very helpful and breakfast is good too! I've stayed here over several years and am glad it remains as good as ever, I will be back soon. only having one night there on this trip

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the centre with most sightseeing attractions within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied, and in a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were well equipped, and we found everything that we would have expected in this category. The hotel is slightly old-fashioned, which gives it a particular charm. We had some problems to work out the bedside lights which didn't always work. The air conditioning was temperamental and did not respond to setting changes. The room tended to be too warm, and reducing the temperature at the control panel did not seem to make any difference. I would have wished for a secure internet connection.

Excellent location just off the main square. Quiet in the evening despite being so centrally located. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was on the top floor and unfortunately a little cold. Not possible to move/tilt the shower head so the only way to shower was to hold the shower head.
