Very small rooms with no facilities. Good for young people traveling alone.

Location and stuff was very helpful Small rooms, King Size bed room was described as bigger, but it was exactly the same as Queen. And didn’t have refrigerator as it was supposed to.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast. The hotel is equipped with too much unnecessary digital technology and doesn't take into consideration such fact that as a tourist, after a long day on the town, we want to come to the room, take a shower, turn on/off TV and go to bed. The electronics should have ended with the chipped room key to open the door and to bring power to the room. The room was equipped with additional digital tablet to scan QR code for use of WI-FI (no problem with that). The problem was that the tablet mounted on the wall also controls lights and TV. Turning ON lights at bed side (I showered first) - turn OFF all other lights in the room ... while my wife was taking shower. Is such a control really necessary? The same with TV control. After 27 hours of tiring trip from the US, last thing I needed was to figure how to control TV. After turning it ON with the controller, I couldn't turn it OFF with the controller ... to go to sleep. I reduced the volume and tried to sleep, but at 1:30 AM the room was too bright and I had to get up to figure out how to turn OFF the TV ... because the tablet provides additional control menu on TV screen (if you find the right button on the controller) to scroll to that menu and turn OFF the TV. So, how does that enhance my stay? The bottom line is - simplicity. We come to the hotel to spend a night - not to engage in solving some kind of enigma that the hotel owner decided to embark on. Another problem was car parking. The hotel offers an expensive (around $45/night) underground parking. The problem is that there are 2 parking slots between each set of 2 concrete columns supporting the bldg. If one car parks in one of the slots, the second car can only be the size of a Mini Cooper or similar to enter the second slot. There is insufficient space to enter the second slot if your car is medium size or larger.

The prices in the local restaurant.

Location was great. Small room

Lovely welcoming place with greats bars and restaurants close by. Really enjoyed our stay

Location was great. Hotel and surroundings were nice with a large outdoor door area. Free bikes.

Room Nothing

- check-ins at 3 p.m. should be banned. Truth to be told the staff is helpful and if the room is free they’d let you in, as well as you can pay extra €60 for “early check-in”, or drop your luggage and return after 3 p.m, but the whole trend is something i don’t support

staff and localization rooms should be a bit bigger

The staff was so welcoming and friendly all the time! There is a wonderful garden to relax and there are some really nice cafés and bars around the hotel.

Nice hotel in a very good location and nice rooms. It’s walking distance from almost all activities in the old town. Internet is pretty slow considering it’s 2026. Showers are not convenient as you have to watch out for flooding the whole room.

Great location in the old city with all interior looking so fresh! Check in process is smooth and easy, and the rooms are nice and cozy! Showers are not very comfortable as you have to watch out to not flood the whole bathroom. In our room the sink flush was a bit clogged. While Internet connection is OK for surfing, I tried to download a movie before heading out, and it would take a few hours

Food was ok but not great as it used to

I really like the staff. They are nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very cosy and I love their drinks available in the lobby: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc, free of charge. We also received a free entrance to Krupa Art Foundation. The location is amazing: very close to the Old Town, in a very calm neighborhood, with restaurants around and a very cosy book store/café.. I think the room was a little small and the bathroom was a little small.. it does have a curtain to separate from the room. If the other person in the room goes to the door, everything in visible in the bathroom... For the price, I would have loved a little more space and privacy.

Comfortable lobby Good location Quiet room

I really appreciate the nice, helpful staff - it does make a difference. I had some problem with water pressure in my shower and they were helpful solving this problem. I like that's a small, cozy hotel with a nice design - it creates a welcoming, restful feeling. Also the coffee/tea in the lobby is nice :) Room was very clean and also nicely arranged (e.g. the light sensor in the bathroom is so good on the eyes for the night "trips" to pee ;) ) A big pro is that is located very close to everything. The room is more or less sound-isolated, but I still could hear some traffic noise from the street (I am quite sensitive to the sounds) - thankfully my ear plugs solved that problem.

Excellent location, close to all main attractions. The room was great, very clean. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff very helpful and very friendly. The bar is also quite nice. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby.
