FOKA Hostel

Everything looked new and fresh. The place was clean and well kept. It looked like a refugee camp, not a hostel and true sense. I just saw a few families and people who were homeless or in transition. Lacked community interaction. It is in a shady neighborhood. The street looks run down and a bit sketchy.

Not that much. Poor Wifi, No staff to follow up with your concerns, Cleaning should be better, Other rooms voices were clearly heard from our room even at the late night hours, Heating during cold days should be better. A fair place to stay if you didn't find another place better during your visit.

The kitchen was a bit messy

Room exactly as advertied online. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place in a great location. I would definitely go back again when in Wroclaw.

It was quiet, toilet in the room, good wifi, everything you could ask for.

= The location is convenient - there are tram and bus stops nearby (5min walk). Bus 106 (N 206) is a maximum of 500m from the hostel. The old part of the city, for example Rynek Square with the Town Hall, can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. = The staff is kind and friendly. = The beds are comfortable, the duvets and pillows are clean and comfortable. = The bathroom in the room is clean and comfortable, there is liquid soap, shower gel and toilet paper. = The water in the shower has good pressure. = Towels are not included, you have to bring your own, but I think they are available for rent. = There is heating. = There are small lockers in the room for storing small items. = Each bed has a curtain, which provides relative privacy. = Room cleaning - every day. = There is an elevator. = There is a shared kitchen with a small dining room (8-11 seats). = There is a small covered courtyard, which also has tables and chairs, if the weather is not cold, it is probably nice there = Opposite the hostel there is a small supermarket "Zabka", and along the street toward "Orlat Lwowskich" square, where there are tram and bus stops, including bus 106 (N 206) there are 2 more supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 2-3 small restaurants of the type "pizza, doner, etc", where you can eat in or take away, there is also a drugstore, etc. = There is no toaster in the kitchen, the cutlery is few, and the knives are blunt; it would be good to have a few bowls for muesli. = When there are groups of pupils, in the morning between 8-9-10am you cannot use the kitchen, because they have breakfast there. You can use it before 8am and after 9-10am, depending on the size of the group. This is not a complaint, just keep it in mind.

Amazing bunk beds,very practical,and the toilet was great as well

The towels were a bit musty, as if they'd been damp for a long time before they dried. There was noise from the cobblestone street early in the morning (but I used earplugs the second night and it was fine).

Clean. Bed was fine. 24/7 reception. Got private room just to sleep before a flight. No AC, no TV. Room is very hot. Mosquitoes fly in with window open. Shower door doesn’t want to close. Not even that cheap. Pay a bit more for something better.

Located at 10-15 minutes by walk from the old town central square, the rooms have been recently renovated and very clean and in the kitchen we fround all we need for a quick breakfast. The staff was polite and helpfull. We had a few days pleasant stay. -
