Great location, nice decour. The description makes it seem like rooms have bathrooms and toilets. They do not. There's one shared for the entire floor with plethora of other rooms, with a single shower that was clogged when I was there... The room was also incredibly tiny, but I honestly didn't mind that as much as the bathroom.

Very cozy, very clean place. Great kitchen facility, wifi connection. There was a small fridge and a safe in the room. The shared bathroom was clean and comfortable. There is a room with two sinks, a room with one toilet, and a room with a shower and a toilet, so we haven't encountered a lineup ever (but we also wake up late, so i don't know). It was quiet when we were the only people in our floor. The heating in the room was great, warmed us up after -7 outside. It is also adjustable and you can turn it off. The person who worked at the reception (the owner maybe?) was incredible, very welcoming. On the first day it was very cold in the shared space of our floor (kitchen, bathroom), as if the heating didn't work. The heater in the shower room also didn't work (on the first day) despite it being set on maximum heat. However, on the second day all of this was resolved. But also more people have arrived to the hostel and it became very noisy, so you'd probably benefit from the ear plugs. The kitchen didn't have any coffee or tea, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Many people in these comments complain about the tram noise and vibration, and yeah it's definitely there but it didn't bother me personally. What I didn't like is the location being far from the centre (about 40 min walk, or you can take a tram for 10ish min). But it's close to the zoo if that's your kind of thing.

Room no. 10 (2 beds) was quite noisy because of the street traffic.

We booked a room with either a double bed or two separate single beds, but instead, we were given a bunk bed. There was no solution offered by the staff, and to make things worse, the room had a horrible smell. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Booked the room on a short-term notice. Very friendly. Very nice Breakfastplate. Good location for staying.

They are so nice, I was struggling with my health ? and needed hot ☕ TEA to relax my throat, they gave me additional cup of tea and wished me good health, I would definitely recommend staying at such nice place with really nice owners.

The property is nice. There are a fridge, tv and fan in the room. You can also borrow towels if necessary. The place is clean. Too few bathrooms and WCs for this large quantity of people… especially uncomfortable during busy times like mornings. AC would be preferred to a fan( we stayed at the property during the heatwave).

It is great location if you want to visit zoo, Japaness garden or Hall of century. Also there is large park. Hotel is clean, staff is very kind. Breakfast was delicious. It is near main street and it is a little bit noisy at night.
