The double bed is actually a sofa bed not a bed. They put a sofa on the sofa and very uncomfortable. Also the refrigerator is very old and sounds very loud all the time. It feels like you are sleeping in the flight or in the train.
-
There was no heating in the shower, I had to take shower with cold water
-
The status and the comfort Everything all right
-
No lights at the night, but no big deal
-
- suitable for 1 night just to sleep - not only the shared bathroom didn't lock (there was a key hole, but no key!) - it couldn't even close, because humidity made door wood expand! so, you have to sit on the toliet, see the corridor through the hole, and pray your neighbors don't decide to walk around. - the cheapest smelliest possible detergent - smell-sensitive people won't be able to sleep on these sheets.

Price, location and privacy.
-
comfortable location, clean place.

Prime location in old town proper. Clean rooms, everything works, doors lock, etc. They require a hefty deposit on top of the rental price, paid through a link they give you. Even after an entire month they haven't returned the deposit and I suspect never will. Questions in chat are answered with the same autogenerated message. In front of the building there were a bunch if garbage containers with rats rummaging around them in broad daylight.

Please booking.com do not let this people register their so called hotel in your site, they only care about money not other people confort, what you see on the photos is not what you get in real life, and they take 150pln from me for deposit I'm waiting for them to return it back, they said after 14 days time, and when i book this hotel they didn't say nothing about deposit, i don't know what to called it, it's not even a hotel to me, it's like a camp, arriving there alone i feel i have been scam, the cooking stove, is not working properly, it's has four head but only two is working, and this two head of cooking stove serves everyone in the building, no cooking pot you have to buy your own cooking pots, 520€ for 14 days is a scam and they still get 150 pln from me for deposit, I'm still waiting for them to return back my money, when i don't get that money i will first inform the police, to tell them to give me back my 150pln, if the police didn't respond then i will do what's on my mind, every rooms in each apartment is 3 they have like 4 stairs meaning they have 12 rooms and some Rooms host 3 people some 2 people, we will be talking about likely 30 people using two head of stoves to cook food, how is that possible? they're treating people like animal for their own had earned money, too bad

Ther There was a fight between the people who has room I couldn’t sleep Al night
-
Very central (Location) Bed was a bit uncomfortable and underneath the sheets wasn't clean. Hairs.
-
Perfect location with a cat cafe next door! A bit convoluted to actually get in- have to go to another location first to sign in. Very hard bed. One washing machine, though it's on the forth floor (bearing in mind no elevator) in the bathroom and there is no dryer. First floor shower leaks terribly all over the bathroom floor.

No elevator, Hard to find even with Google maps

Well..where to start..AVOID AVOID AVOID 1. Hassling me for money transfer to unknown bank account whereas on booking it clearly stateS PAY AT THE PROPERTY. It was only when I complained to CUSTOMER SERVICE and they intervened they stopped threatening me with not giving me access codes! When they finally agreed I can PAY AT THE PROPERTY I had to go to a sister hostel and then drag suitcase on cobbled pavement in merciless heat back to where I was staying overnight. About 1km?♀️ Not a WORD of apology from the staff. 2. OVERCROWDED 3people room - with a single and sofa bed, no storage and with suitcases on the floor it LEFT us literally with 1SQ METER of floor space-GREEDY-it should be at most DOUBLE ROOM! 3. Dingy corridor was some kind of experimental DIY showcase with a lino on the floor posing a tripping hazard. The fridge which was placed in the middle was obstructing part of the corridor and fire escape! 4. DIRTY, TORN too small bed sheets, bedding which just rolled up-I just couldn’t wait to leave this place and couldn’t be bothered with futile communication with the staff 5. ..and finally STAFF- UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL -they couldn’t care less. No WELCOMING email but straight to DEMANDING payment upfront. As I said earlier instead of enjoying my trip I WAS TRYING TO ESTABLISH why they need payment upfront if it states differently on booking.com. There was ALL SORT OF RIDICULOUS EXCUSES-one of them that’THAT THEY CANT BE SURE THAT MY BANK CARD ISN’T STOLEN’ and therefore require bank transfer!?! What the heck??? Once I left this place they again HASSLED me and DEMANDED my bank account details allegedly to return potential DAMAGE FEE of £30 which was taken from my bank card via Booking.com. When I refused and asked why not just returning THE FEE to my bank card they FIRST said they need my banking details because ‘I PAID FIR MY STAY IN CASH’!?! There was a kettle on the desk but there was NOWHERE to plug it in? Eventually found the socket near the floor SO the kettle was moved and was battered by the door lol Defo worse accommodation I stayed in during my 6week trip round Europe.
