The room was large and very quiet, which made the stay comfortable. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and enjoyable. Housekeeping was very poor and did not meet basic standards. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with visible signs of neglect, which significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay. In addition, the furniture in the room is worn, damaged in places, and clearly in need of repair or replacement, giving the room a tired and poorly maintained impression.

It was pretty, modern and decently clean The staff were very mean, unreliable and tried to scam me into paying for things I didn't option for or use. Very bad staff I would recommend a new manager.

Location Very hard mattress and flat pillow it might be OK for some but uncomfortable for us no fridge in the room, door handle fell off in the bathroom.

the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday, which was very annoying and inconvenient. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations. The reception staff left a poor impression. A couple of workers were unfriendly, showing no happiness or warmth. When we mentioned it, the reply was simply, “Yes, we know about it,” with no effort to improve. There was no proper goodbye or courtesy when leaving. Overall, the service at reception felt dismissive and unprofessional.

The room was very small. I stayed there before and was very satisfied with everything, but this time the room was very small and the walls were really badly marked and dirty. Only one small towel in the bathroom.
