Nice and spacious rooms, comfy beds. Location was also rather good. Terrace is a nice bonus. Not everyone speaks English. Windows in the room cannot be opened.

There were some technical problems with our TV, kettle, etc., but they were fixed immediately by the hotel staff.

Proximity to plaza and Cathedral Island. Very clean, spacious rooms. Liked the terrace. Liked the water filling stations. Did not like the breakfast option. Would like to see lighter a la carte options.

The big minus is the parking. It does not belong to the hotel but to the shopping mall, and it is very expensive. We paid 50 euros for 2 days (25 euros per day). This is about the same price as parking in city centers in the Netherlands, like Rotterdam, Amsterdam, or The Hague. The hotel did not give any discount for parking. If you come by car, you might want to find cheaper parking, but then it is less comfortable because you need to carry your bags to the car and drive away.

The location is exceptional! Next to the mall and close to Old Town, it's the best option for staying in the city!

The staff was very friendly, the location is great, and the room was spotless and neat. The breakfast was amazing, with great selection. Although parking isn't free, it's right next to the hotel and very convenient. The room was quite warm, and with the windows not opening, you're relying on the AC, which isn't very effective. The pillows are fairly thick and not very comfortable to sleep on. It'd be nice to have a shoehorn in the room.

Hotel location can sum up in one word “IDEAL”, not to mention, the nice staff they were so helpful. The room “Family room with Cathedral view” was so nice it was clean, and very decent size. You can feel it is aged.
