Nice room

My room was in terrible condition upon checking in

We went to check into our room at 6pm, got up there and our room was NEVER CLEANED! We then had to wait 20 min for staff to come in from hanging out in the parking lot. He cleaned our room personally, but we had to wait an additional HOUR before it was ready, outside the hotel with 2 young children! When we finally got into the room, the front desk worker gave our room number to a random guest who’s been staying there since February to come get forgotten cleaning supplies! UNSAFE FEELING! The next morning we then found what we truly believe was a ROACH! We couldn’t get out fast enough! We went and stayed with friends for the day and only came back at night for our last evening. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

The beds were alright and the room was clean The shower head was to low and the bed was not comfortable

All we ask is that you take out your own trash & please please don’t smoke in your room, there’s plenty of smoke from the other rooms across the way, that will make it to your room, for you to enjoy that wonderful secondhand smoke! Enjoy your stay! 10/10 don’t recommend.

Terrible. I have pics of the roaches that were crawling underr the TV. Asked for a refund immediately. Staff was helpful. Also, had advertised pool but didn't have one.

The room I was assigned wasn't cleaned. The staff verified it was dirty and assumed me a different room

The stay was okay. The floor was filthy. I spilled water and wiped it with a cloth and the cloth came back black. outside area was pretty trashy, people not picking up trash or dog poop in the little area where dogs could go. We only had one blanket on the bed and the fitted sheet did not fit, it kept falling off. It was really quiet despite how many people were staying there. Not what I expected, and probably won't book there again. The staff was funny, friendly and respectful.

Housekeeping has not cleaned my room. I have been there since Feb 2026 - till now... I have a bad back and i have to do it myself.

When I went there to check in,There were nobody in the lobby.I had to call someone of the property from the lobby phone hanging on the wall and they said they are over sold so I can’t provide me any room,I called Expedia and they gave me another hotel but I literally had to wait until 1:30am for check in.I must thank the Expedia agent but I will never ever stay in that extended America property and I will never recommended to anyone.I am businessman and i travel a lot and stay in hotels all over USA but it was the most terrible experience I have ever faced in my life.

I would know they canceled my reservation without a notice and I went without a room that night very pissed off

Literally the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Turned the lights on and cockroaches were everywhere! Like tons of them ! Sheets were covered in hair! Staff was extremely rude as well

For the price… it is what it is! We’ve enjoyed our stay!
