Super 8 by Wyndham Wyoming/Grand Rapids Area

The halls and room has bad odor smell. The equipment (microwave) is old and broken. No coffee pot in the room. Dirty/old towels are being used. No breakfast for the room price.

Room wasn’t ready and very dirty when done. Not vacuumed, tables had sticky drinks all over them, chair was absolutely disgusting. A/c didn’t work well, and it smelled like body odor bad

We booked this last minute due to our flight being cancelled. It was listed at free breakfast but there was none. The man at the desk said they don’t offer breakfast. Our room had 1 towel. We asked for more he said they would send it up. After we came back from dinner still no towels. We asked the front desk and he reluctantly gave us 1 more. No hand towels no wash cloths. Hallway carpet was filthy. Waited at the front desk to check out. No one there. Rang bell called the phone. Finally found a maid who took my key.

Disappointing

Found roaches in our room when we got in at 11pm couldnt refund money until manager comes in still waiting at this moment for management not sure if I'll get money back or not

There was bleach stains all over the bedding one pillow had fresh blood on it the tv didn’t work there was mold all over the shower the carpet in the hall ways was disturbing it was so dirty we wouldn’t even shower there I’m allergic to mold and was so sick when I woke up the next day we only spent 7 hours in the room! the only nice thing about the place was the decor the cleanliness of the room and hallways was beyond terrifying

The stay was disappointing. Breakfast was advertised but was not provided. The hallway had a strong smell of marijuana, and the carpet in the hallway and on the stairs was very dirty. The room I stayed in also had a large burn hole, which made it appear poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet expectations.

Holes in walls, bathtub deteriorating. Wall baseboards coming apart. Sticky carpets, splatters in the artwork, stains on bed spread, weird red stains on curtains and bathroom door. The chair and tables were disgusting, dirty and sticky. The tv had a big red line running down it. Fridge wouldn't shut

However the outlets and lamps were all dead, except in the bathroom. Desk person was helpful.

Nothing I waited at front desk for 45 mins to check in and no one showed up

Nothing to like about this motel! This motel is dirty, disgusting, it smells and saw prostitution deals happening! Bathroom has mold, and seemed like no one cleaned it. Management doesnt care about cleanliness all they care about is the money.

Not very safe environment. Wouldn't stay here again for what they were charging. No breakfast as advertised and had to ask soap and ice bucket not provided in room. Low rating as a result.
