Older property that needs maintenance and modernization No TV cable….not necessarily a problem for us but it would be good to have news or weather broadcasts at the least Pool was obviously not in use Breakfast was underwhelming
-
Need better housekeeping
-
There was also no breakfast but there is a Taco Bell across the street and a Dunkin 2 miles away.

The air conditioning worked fine. The room was clean except for the floors. I was picking up black stuff on my bare feet when walking on the carpet that felt squishy. The breakfast was not there due to your plumbing problems and your pool was not working.

No TV

The hotel was falling apart. Giant holes in the wall in the back hallway, chain locks that were broken, the pool was closed, there was no cable, and the entire facility smelled of siting water. The photos online show very few things on purpose. We were only there for about 8 hours as we were just trying to get a little sleep but it is not somewhere we would book again, even if the price was low.

The day staff was very rude and hateful. They need to have a course of 5 in Customer Service.... The TVs did NOT work, the lights in the bathroom did not work properly, the ice machines were all broken. There is NO pool!! There is NO breakfast!!
-
TV unavailable no breakfast to speak of and concession selection is laughable, not visiting this place again. It’s true you get what you pay for.

Yes, none of the tvs worked. Both ice machines were broken. Cold cereal for breakfast (my grandkids weren't going to eat raisin bran). Big crack in the tub. Asked what was going on they stated they were restructuring.

Very clean and quiet!!

hotel says there is a continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast not even a coffee at night there was noise all night long

Upon check in there were 2 police officers in the lobby responding to a domestic issue which gave us an unsafe feeling. We arrived at night and exterior was poorly lit. Check in was fine, no issues, key worked in our door, front desk clerk appearance was disheveled. The air quality in the room was poor. Air conditioning worked fine. Spiderwebs in the bathtub. Stains in the toilet. Old decor. Towels were pool towels with the blue stripe down the middle and worn out. Breakfast was cold cereal, make it yourself oatmeal and stale coffee. Bottled water was $2 each. Morning staff was friendly. Pool was closed and it was early July and hot.

The bath had hair in the sink that wasn't mine. I could not get the tub water to turn on. Didn't realize it took a rocket scientist to turn the bath water. One of the bath towels was stained. The lock was not secured tilo the wall.

Augustus at the front desk was very polite and helpful. He was awesome even when the system was messing up our reservation. The room and hotel are dated, but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is only cereal and milk. We asked for a later check out and they said absolutely not because the cleaning staff needed to go home….

TVs not working anywhere in the facility, mold on shower panels, water temperature handles backwards so hot was where cold usually would be, very limited breakfast, coffee, apple juice, milk, instant oatmeal, 2 kids cereals, period.

The location was what we needed. Room 109 had ants all over the table and smelled like rotten pizza. They moved us to room 101 there were stains all over the room and furniture, it smelled like weed and smoke, and no tv. When asked about these things I was told no one else complains about not having tv it’s been like this for a long time. I asked for a manager and was told there isn’t one and finally the worker got the owner on the phone. They couldn’t give me a refund right away so all my money was tied up in holds and fees so the solution was an $8.00 refund. There is ZERO breakfast out. A gallon of Sunny D and no food. I am not one to complain about a budget hotel/motel etc bc you get what you pay for but I’ve stayed at two other hotels literally right beside this place for the same price with far better facilities. This place is shameful and the owner should be ashamed that they allow there staff to have to field complaints bc of how awful they keep this place.

The shower had great water pressure and the bed water decent. The TV didn't work, there was a pool advertised but it was still covered (it was July 2), The curtains were literally shredded.

Arrived at the hotel and it was a ghost town. The TV did not work. It seems that they have not paid their cable bill. There was no breakfast and I mean NO breakfast. It’s very obvious that this family inherited a hotel that is going under. They are clearly out of money and doing their best. The staff was friendly as can be, but their hotel really lacks all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel. That being said the room was nice. The bed was comfortable, but that’s about it. It’s kind of a red flag when you arrive and the desk clerk is out pulling weeds.😳

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the location itself... You get what you pay for. I was intentionally looking for minimal cost, as this was the halfway stop to get to the actual vacation for me. The property looks like it was likely built during the 80s, and doesn't look like it's been updated much since. The paint on the tub was peeling, and there were a couple of other minimal repair things, but the bed was comfy and the room itself was fine. The downsides - breakfast was literally just cereal, orange juice, and coffee. I also, unfortunately, had a roach run across the mirror when I was brushing my teeth in the morning. I let them know about that, so hopefully they get an exterminator in. Overall, even when looking for something inexpensive, I would not go back here.

Breakfast was cereal and milk....nothing else!!!
