Other than not getting the room I booked, and the sink didn’t drain to good. Also they need to update the mattress. The bed was very uncomfortable. The rooms were very well maintained. Love this hotel just wish the beds were more comfortable.

Had to switch rooms because first room had a bug and pieces of something under the covers. Toilet only flushed if you held the handle until the water was completely drained. Linens and towels were stained, possibly dirty. Shower pressure was extreme and no way to turn it down. Water temp changed from scalding to freezing on its own and adjusting it only lasted briefly. Floors were dirty with dust and dirt in corners. Breakfast was inedible so dont bank on it unless you want dry cereal. Location was quite, but probably the only positive.

Fantastic hotel. We have stayed twice now and have enjoyed our stay both times. Great staff and very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

The size and comforf of fhd rooms, they looked newly remodeled Nothing the hotel was a great pit stop along the way to our destination

Guy at the front desk at night when we checked in was just not friendly, not at all welcoming. Room floor was dirty needed a good mopping.

Breakfast The room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets and footprints on one sheet. The one comforter had a stain. There was a yellow crusty spill on the floor next to the bed that looked like bodily fluids. Then another spill next to the chair leg. When I went to complain, the desk person would not give me another room or come and change the sheets or comforter and clean the floor. The desk person gave me sheets and pillow cases to do the stuff myself. The next day the manager told me she could not do anything for me because I booked through booking.com.

The room was clean, had adequate furnishings and the bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed for this overnite stay. We overslept so we missed the breakfast but the coffee in the room was very good. We wished the breakfast time was a little longer than 9:30, maybe 10. But it's ok.
